I submitted a support ticket through Whrilpools website and no one ever followed up with me. Thankfully the problem seemed to have corrected itself.

There should be a way to obtain the owners manual and a parts manual which doesn’t seem to be too readily available.i

Produce bin barely holds 1each lettuce, tomato, red onion, celery, cucumber. Still has same stupid plastic cover over some lights in freezer and fridge: flexible, brittle, flimsy, difficult to protect and over $80 each to replace. Light bulbs, $49. Too few and tiny 12x12 freezer shelves . I wanted remote. At almost $200 I only ordered ONE! $186 !!! Water and air filters required every 6 months set me back over $200 for a year supply. Consumers are totally out of luck nowadays if they need an appliance. Yes it keeps food cold and frozen. Tiny amounts of food. Wine bottle has to go in door. Shelves very shallow and tall shelf not tall enough.
