Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad choice from Too many settings and features. I bought this a month ago and wish I had not! This is a laborious, slluggish difficult machine to use. Top many settings, complicated to use compared to my previous Maytag. The clothes are not as clean as from my other machine which had an agitator. It was delivered without any instructions as to using it , and Best Buy told me that they did not have an Instruction booklet to distribute! It takes too long to wash at any setting except Quick wash and you can't open the top once it starts washing to throw in something extra.. Do not like it by comparison. If you have an instruction booklet, with troubleshooting notes as well, please send it to me.

I only wish I had replaced my old machine years ago. I'm still getting used to adding detergent directly to the drum before the clothes, but the laundry comes out clean and well-spun every time. Another bonus: the clear top lid! I love being able to see the wash cycle in action. The built-in faucet is a total game changer- unlike previous washers that filled from the bottom up (trying to save water but actually not always saturating all the laundry), this one fills from the top down, so I know every item is being thoroughly washed. I would definitely recommend it!

I was doing laundry and the washer was filled with water and just stopped. The sense, done, and lid lock lights were flashing. We could not get the water to spin and drain so we had to hand wring all our clothes out and bail the water out. I called whirlpool and they made an appointment with a local repair company. The local repair company thinks it may be the pump and are ordering one so they can come fix it. If it is the pump, I feel I should just be able to get a new washer as I am concerned that this would go out after just one month. What else is going to go wrong.

Rated 1 out of 5 by none from I bought the washer from Home Depot and it was delivered on 7/19/25. My grandson who is an engineer hooked it up and we ran a water only test to make sure all was well. It was not we called the company and it was on a weekend so we left a message that the agitator made high pitched noise throughout the cycle. W tried several washes and the noise continued. two washes left clothes wet with a small amount of water left in the basin of the washer. I have a technition from your company coming on Thursday 7/31. i am extremely disappointed! agitator make hifg s

One stand-out feature is the washer's cleaning performance, which is excellent, especially with options like Deep Water Wash and 30 Minute PreSoak. I also appreciate how many cycle choices there are, from Quick Wash to Delicates, so that I can tailor each load to my needs. Overall, it’s a powerful, efficient, and easy-to-use washer that makes laundry a whole lot easier. I highly recommend this washer!
