Rated 1 out of 5 by Terry and Beth from Poor build quality A wire in the rear of the unit was installed too short and the vibration of the unit cause it to break making the machine not work and an error code that did not apply. The control unit randomly locks up and I have to unplug to the unit to restart it. I will not be buying another Whirlpool appliance. The failures began only a month after the warranty expired.

I have followed directions on resetting the washer. Sometimes it just doesn't work. Also why should it keep happening. Called the warranty company, which is thru Lowes - where I purchased the washer from . They are horrible they have been here twice. They finally called and said they have the part and are going to repair the washer. Because of this repair company, I will no longer buy major appliances from Lowes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Thisbee from Something cracked in the suspension system I was happy with this machine for quite awhile. Then the drum became unbalanced and I was told it needed new suspension. When the repairman opened it up he discovered that there is a crack in the drum where the suspension connects. Unfixable.

I love how my clothes look when it's done and I love the soft quiet of machine"s operation. We have a 7 month old baby and another child, so we do a lot of laundry. The machine is used daily. In short am very happy with purchase.
