Rated 4 out of 5 by jjfxc from Otherwise happy İts good, not great. A service call inspires this review. Messages of Lo-Flo water pressure has plagued the unit lately. Figured sprinkers or garden watering with the unit on were the culprit. Now it won’t run regardless of other aater use - none. Maybe a filter? Dunno. Technician here Tues.

I owned by last washer, which was a Whirlpool and the quality of that machine was fantastic.. this one the quality is extremely poor.

Less than 18 months old and a repair on the dryer under warranty, just spent $583.00 for a new ACU (power converter board and after repairman left the first load shook so violently that the spin cycle would not finish. Another $$$repair appt. scheduled in 7 days and at what point does one set it out on the curb for Whirlpool to pick up and dispose of it in their new appliance graveyard? Come on whirlpool, you need to have quality control at all your facilities you "source out" to produce these pieces of junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Barb from LEMON!!!! By far the biggest LEMON I have ever had. ACU went out within 18 months for a $575.00 service call to repair. Immediately after the repair the 1st load I tried resulted in the inability for the spin cycle to work due to a loud clanking noise and intense vibration and would not complete the spin cycle. Another service call 5 days out and still waiting. The dryer had an issue in the first year and had to wait 9 days for a warranty service call to repair! Such a disappointment after spending $3,000.00 for the set and at what point do you set it out on the curb and quit throwing repair dollars at it??? Whirlpool, one more issue and it will sit out on my curb until someone comes and picks it up to dispose of in your Whirlpool "junk" pile! Thanks for nothing, maybe take a look at your production line and make sure people aren't falling asleep on the job, ridiculous!
