Never expected defective item sold by Whirlpool!! It took me one and half hour to talk to whirlpool customer service representative just to get a service appointment scheduled, which is 3 weeks away!!! After waiting for 3 weeks, service personnel visited, checked the item and said he needs to order new control panel, and his next earliest available appointment is another two weeks!! It is going crazy. without washing cloths for months even after paying so much for a brand new washing machine!! Very disappointed with this product. I will never recommend Whirlpool to anyone!

I have had this garbage of a washer for less than a month and it broke on and now my clothes are moldy And I had to toss them in the garbage. And Who’s gonna pay for those moldy health hazards? They sent a technician the first time to fix it but the same error occurred. It displayed an error code and the stupid washer will not turn on no matter how many times you unplug and plug it. And this garbage of a company refuses to replace their product! How could a brand new product just break if it isn’t garbage? And are you proud of yourselves whirlpool? I bet these whirlpool execs dont have whirlpool washers because they know these are rubbish!

The motherboard and wiring harness of the washer blew out after one month. Took a month to fix because repair people could not diagnose the problem. After that the dryer stopped working. The drum fell off the rollers. After 3 months of use. I complain to Whirlpool, I complain to Lowe’s but they don’t care. Sure the CEO’s are playing golf laughing it up as to what suckers we are. Won’t ever buy Whirlpool again, or appliances from Lowe’s.

Rated 2 out of 5 by rckMUC from not up to par We bought a model home and the builder had already installed this washer. In other words I had no choice on what washer to buy. Overall this washer is a disappointment. The control panel is not all that intuitive and one has to study the manual to figure out how to use the machine. Within the first two weeks the washer sprung a leak and it takes 2+ weeks to get a service technician out. The spin cycle is not nearly as efficient as other products on the market. The capacity of the washer is nice and reduces the number of loads that have to be washed due to the large capacity. All in all, I would not purchase this machine again. There are better and more reliable products out there.

Two error codes and I called the appliance repair man and he tells me to throw it away it’s not worth repairing. I called whirlpool and see if there’s any way That I can buy the parts at a discount or if they would cover it under warranty because A high priced washer should last more than 20 months. They told me that it was out of warranty and there’s nothing They could do. Talk about poor customer service. I have owned many Whirlpool appliances in my life and I will never buy another one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Al_at London ON from No words I have used the machine no more than 4 times. Now, it does not start. I call the technical support; they send me to Appliance Canada. The technician came one hour late. He can not do anything because the drywer was on top, and he was (incredible) unable to move the dryer from the top of the washer! OMG. He just tested the machine from the front panel. He did not check the power connection! Every Service Manual recommends to do this first. Anyway, after three seconds of testing, he told me that a new front panel must be ordered. Bu he needs that someone else remove the dryer from top, for him to be able to work on the washer. Does it make sense?
