Your free trial lasts six months, beginning when your appliance is first connected to WiFi. Free trials are only available for new connected appliances and cannot be used by subsequent owners.

While all front load models do not require a Connected Subscription, the following smart capable top load models do.
Models that require a Connected Subscription:

Each subscription applies to multiple appliances. If you would like to enable smart features on both your qualifying smart washer and smart dryer, you will only need one subscription to do so.
Yes, you can use your Connected Subscription on multiple devices—as long as all devices log into the Whirlpool® app using the same user account.
To cancel your Connected Subscription, check under your phone's subscription account settings. Additional instructions are available from Apple and Google.
You must cancel your paid Connected Subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next billing period. After cancellation, you will have access to your subscription features through the last day of your current billing period.

Yes, your paid subscription will autorenew month-to-month, with no action required by you, until you cancel. Your app store (like the App Store or Google Play) will simply bill you each month, like any other app subscription.
