Rated 1 out of 5 by CindyU from Almost Five Years the plastic frames are breaking. I was happy till the plastic frames around the glass trays started cracking bad. My major question will it cave in? I’ve tried using special tape, no luck, haven tried glue not sure if I can. Why are these plastic frames so poorly made? I’ve tried adding two photos of the cracked frames but when I hit add nothing happened. I’ve tried several times, even made the photos smaller still nothing happened for me to add the photo. I use to trust Whirlpool but after this the way these plastic frames are made and our refrigerator wasn’t cheap. We wish we had known about this defect before we bought this refrigerator.

I continue to purchase Whirlpool products for the dependability and the quality of service I receive when I need repair. The Whirlpool repair service personal received the highest quality of training in order to stay in tune when the changing technology in today's market.

It looks nice, fits beautifully in my kitchen, and I love the water and ice feature. The only negative feedback is the noise it makes randomly throughout the day. I don't hear it while sleeping, but watching TV, it'll make you jump. All in all I like it!!

It does not seem very sturdy to me. I have already had to replace it and have only lives in my home a couple months. Customer service did take good care I me and got the drawer replaces quickly
