I called Whirlpool support and she said that she would dispatch a tech but if, in his opinion, there was nothing wrong, I would be charged for the Called Whirlpool support to complain about the doors being out of alignment. She told me that she will dispatch a tech but if, in his opinion, there was no problem, I would have to pay for the house call. Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself if the doors are aligned properly. Would have sent it back but the fuss and trouble I had to get it here in the first place made me decide to just give up and keep it. I will be looking at other manufacturers when I need another appliance!

It runs quietly, the only loud noise being when the ice drops into the bin, which is to be expected. It cools well and makes plenty of ice. It’s very roomy in both the freezer and refrigerator sides, and I like the large door bins that can hold gallon-size containers. It has a stainless steel finish that was advertised to resist fingerprints, and it does—no smudges. This refrigerator replaced another Whirlpool that I had for 19 years. The old refrigerator was still working fine; I just wanted to update my kitchen. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Although I hadn't intended on purchasing a stainless steel finished appliance, it was a steal, so I couldn't leave it in the store! The water comes out the door cool, but not super cold, which is ok, the interior light is super bright and so is the light on the door water/ice ice dispenser. My one concern is how the right side door kind of "falls open". I wish it was a little more "static", and there was a way to keep it from bouncing/jarring.. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase and so is everyone who's seen it!!

Not only do they look fantastic, they are quiet, user friendly and quality appliances. The side by side refrigerator replaced a 20 year old one that the compressor died of old age. The shelf capacity and storage is abundant. It is so great to have a Ice/water dispenser again! It runs quiet and makes ice quite quickly! We also bought the flat top electric range and the compact microwave oven that actually fits above our stove top!! Thank you very much Whirlpool for coming up with that crafty compact over the range microwave!!

This model was on sale for 4th of july, and it had all the things we wanted. Ice maker was a must! It spits out regular cubes, and also has a crush option. We have a 2yr old, so the fingerprint resistant stainless was a bonus. A lock button came in handy as well. I do like the sleek, thin shelves, they are easy to clean. The handles are wide, and easy to grab. I do think that the ice maker is abnormally loud though. It's not the biggest fridge to store food, but it will suffice for a family of 2adults/2children. In this price point it looks modern, and it has great features.

Rated 3 out of 5 by bimoore from Wrong Ice Maker Purchased at Lowe's and installed myself. Once we removed the packaging we found that Whirlpool had installed a low capacity Ice Maker in the unit. The refrigerator on the Lowe's showroom floor had a large capacity Ice Maker. I went back to Lowe's to inquire about the difference and they said the refrigerator I purchased and installed was the exact same Model # as I viewed on the showroom floor. They said Whirlpool had mistakingly changed the Ice Maker at time of manufacture. Lowe's asked me to bring the refrigerator back to the store for an exchange. I asked them how they knew another refrigerator did not have the same issue? They said there is no way to tell. Very disappointed in Whirlpool?
