Rated 2 out of 5 by jlsld from Disappointed I bought this 3 months ago and within its first month the compressor went out. We had it replaced, but it is a noisy refrigerator at times. Also, the water dispenser is tilted, so when you use the water it drips on the freezer door even after trying to catch the last drip out of the water dispenser. It leaks throughout the day and it needs to be wiped down all the time. This is leaving water stains on my door. It has cheap shelving inside made of plastic. I am waiting for the day one of my kids breaks one or tugs on it and it breaks. The refrigerator door opens and does not stop. We have to make sure we open it carefully or pull it all the way back on their own.

Rated 2 out of 5 by DRSS from Poor Water Dispenser Design Looks great on the showroom floor, but as you might expect, a drip or two of water comes out of the dispenser after filling your cup. The problem is that it drips just shy of the drip tray onto the front of the unit. Since I got the black stainless finish, it's leaving a calcium stain that I have to rub off with a fair amount of pressure if I don't catch it right away. Besides being a pain in the rear to wipe off every time, I think eventually the finish will wear off. I'm returning it for a different model. ... and I can't adjust the shelves which is a bummer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NicF13 from The Worst - Stuck ice, dripping water, fingerprint I bought and installed this product back in May and it is the worst fridge I have ever owned. The ice is constantly getting stuck in the door (we just use cubes, not crushed). Those cubes then melt into the tray or drop out later in the day onto the floor resulting in a mess. If you have hard floors or laminate I would be very cautious of purchasing this product. as it could potentially ruin your floor. The water dispenser is also just perfectly designed to drip down the front of the "finger print resistant" door leaving a water mark. I say finger print resistant very loosely, as I have not seen a fingerprint yet that was resisted lol.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Mynicknameisna from Much to our dismay, while stocking this refrigerator, we discovered numerous shelves would not fit a 16.9 Oz bottle of water. Only place to fit: top shelf and in the door. An ice cube had gotten stuck in the chute which produced frost and frozen water droplets in numerous places in the freezer. The ice maker has a very loud mechanical noise when dropping ice. The outside light by the ice/water dispenser doesn't help while getting water. The water spigot also continues to drip after you have removed you cup/glass, which drips and runs down the front of the refrigerator. We would Not recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Punch0 from My Whirlpool I bought this appliance one month ago and discovered that the freezer door continually popped open causing frost and possible food spoilage. After investigating the problem I discovered the bottom hinge screws would not tighten. I immediately contacted Whirlpool. They sent out a Tech who had to call in the problem. He explained that a plate was missing on the back side which is suppose to secure the door screws. The plate had to be ordered and won't be installed for another week, that sucks because thats another week of constantly checking to be sure the door is close. Stay tuned for further developments.

I bought it mainly because of the freezer door shelves because I keep my spices in there. But I have to pile up the other freezer items on the shelves, making them harder to get to, especially if what I want is on the bottom. I bought plastic bins at the DTree to make it easier to find what I need, because I can pull them out. I really need another drawer in this freezer. They originally delivered the wrong refrigerator (more expensive). At this point, I’m sorry I didn’t keep that one, but I felt that wouldn’t be right. I feel I should have been a smarter shopper.
