One hot ovenI have had my new oven a little over a week after my last Whirlpool died. I do like this oven although it seems to bake much hotter than my last one and this is using the bake feature, not the convection feature. A shortcake I have made dozens of times was burnt to a crisp so I had to reduce temp and cooking time to get it right. Once I have it a while longer and figure it out, I am sure I will love it as much as the last one I had. I wish there were directions for using the convection on how to convert cooking times and temps, because I am anxious to try that out.
