Rated 5 out of 5 by CarolB2020 from Great Functionality Although we had to wait 7 weeks for the range to be delivered, it was well worth the wait. The unit is smartly designed with effective distribution of both stainless steel and glossy black surfaces that perfectly match with the other 3 kitchen appliances. The glass cook top is a stunning replacement of the old electric burner elements and gives the entire kitchen a modern and clean appearance. All those elements help create an environment that makes cooking fun again. Best of all, however, is the functionality of the range including the extra warming element, Frozen Bake technology, and other creative cooking and baking features. WE LOVE IT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by AMS4UK from Wrong colored control panel Delivered stove and didn’t notice that the control panel piece is white not the biscuit color that I ordered. The base is the correct color. I’ve made two separate phone calls and was passed around from department to department trying to get it repaired. After an hour on Friday I was also told (like another customer commented with the same issue) that a third party would replace and I would receive an email with the details. There is still no email so as far as I know the issue isn’t resolved. MOST ridiculous process I have ever tried to use to get something fixed that is clearly a factory escape and quality control issue.

Sales people gave me a sales job at three different stores telling me how great the Korean brands were. Everyone I hated and keep returning. Finally after last one I decided to just live with it. Kept it three months and it was driving me nuts. After government gave us our stimulus money I decided to spend it on a Whirlpool from Home Depot. It is the answer to my prayers. I am eighty two years old and I bake and cook a lot. It is wonderful. We have a whirlpool dishwasher that is great and a Whirlpool Microwave which will need to be replaced soon due to age, but has been very good. Thank you Whirlpool

We purchased our stove from Freds Appliance in Spokane WA out of the box we noticed when delivered the back was white and the knobs and rest of stove are Bisque!! They say they have been ordering parts but not arrived. We had it delivered on November 23 and we have waited all that time...still two toned stove. Plus the insulation inside the door is not tucked away on one side and is hanging out inside oven. The pull out drawer has such a cheap indentation for a handle to use to pull out it is so hard to use. The quality is bad the top already has a scratch in it. And why not make a white cook top??? Black seriously???

I had absolutely no success in contacting Whirlpool Customer Service regarding where/how to find a replacement and neither of the two big appliance sellers (Lowes and Home Depot) had a clue about how and where to get this model. Yet there was a new 5-burner model out there (We needed this model in color bisque else face replacing all the other appliances in the kitchen. We're happy with the new range as we were with the one before it. But we are not impressed with Whirlpool's Customer Service to be able to tell us when a model in bisque would be avaialble

Rated 1 out of 5 by Annoyed from Ready to return The bottom storage draw does not align properly. Delivery person was awesome and went out of his way to try to take care of it but no luck. We both agreed the draw should be replaced. He said Ill just order a whole new stove. To me that was overkill and another day off from work. I called warranty dept. but they said someone would need to come out. I was told they had 8-12 or 12-4 appointments and specifically said it would have to be after 3 and was told no problem I'll make a note of it. Got a remote call last night saying they will be there between 8-11 !!!. I called them to cancel and they told me to call Whirlpool again. After waiting on hold for a half an hour the woman who was not friendly says nothing to me and transfers me to the service people who I just hung up with. Called WP again after being on hold again for another half hour explained the story and she said I'll transfer you to parts. I’m on hold with them now and it’s been close to 40 minutes hanging up soon. What a mess
