1st Elec. stove/oven in years
We purchased this stove from a used appliance store. Had to go online for the manual which oddly enough makes no mention about simple baking. It mentions broiling and convection baking (hot air) and some other features not on this model. However, we have been able to figure the controls out (digital pressure buttons) and are adjusting well. We love the way it broils. The oven door tends to snap back to the closed position when closing the oven door but we've adjusted to that as well. The storage drawer has ample space for our pots/pan. We found that on our prev. gas oven, it was difficult to regulate the broiling and baking in the oven was uneven. Learning to love it :-)
