If your microwave will not power on at all, this part may be defective and require replacement. This is an accessory that can be used across several brands; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this accessory will require basic hand tools, complicated disassembly of the microwave, and prior repair experience. CAUTION: There is a risk of electrocution when installing this part. We recommend that you hire a qualified technician to complete this repair.
