Rated 1 out of 5 by Marit from Terrible design and do not like it at all! This stove came with a spec home we purchased. I would have never chosen this particular stove. Can’t cook with standard size pans because there is no room. The only one to cook with a large sauté pan in the middle. I was cooking in the center burner and lifted the lid towards the back to stir, and the lid caught on fire. It discolored a small portion of the black grate. In the many years of cooking on a gas stove, I have never had this happen. Using the center burner is very uncomfortable on the back, especially if the pan is tall. The other burners are useless due to no room..the pans lay over the knobs. The builder probably chose this stove because it was cheap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Snehal Ratnaparkhi from Horrible experience with flame Never recommend I got this cooktop from my builder. whenever you will use 5 burners at a time it reduces the flame all get in slow mode. You can’t use for simultaneous cooking. only good when want to use single burner at a time. I also placed service request for this issue multiple times. everytime I got different answers. I am totally disappointed with product and service . I want to mention specifically that this issue is not regarding gas pressure company as I also took service from gas company and they checked it. there is some problem with my cooktop. Material of buttons are very very poor. It got melt. It’s totally wastage of money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Piebuddy from Cheaply made They use cheap tin around the burners that turn a color I wouldn't want on a expensive stove top. I also got the one with the griddle. It is flat on one side and not rigid, on the other side for paninis, which disappoints me very much for the money I paid for it. Now I am trying to find one that is double sided and the way the cooktop is curved.I can't find one. I wish I would have never bought this cooktop ever. I would never buy it again.It's not worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sherry from hinged grates, brilliant idea!! This is a nice cooktop, lights easily, maintains good temp when cooking. By far the best feature for me is the hinged grated. I love being about to raise one side for cleaning, and not have to actually remove the grate. I really like that there is a small element for really low, but wish there a big element for really big flames, which would especially useful when canning. That being said the middle element was fine for this task. I have not used the griddle yet, but I do like that it is just the right level of heavy. It will likely heat well and maintain the temp which is important when cooking on a griddle

Rated 5 out of 5 by lilypadsdad from Gorgeous Cooktop Recently purchase this weeks ago. Overall, beautiful and durable! Knobs are heavy and feels durable, although a bit too close to the burner and any pot you place on the cooktop. Middle burner knob is quite weird where it does not turn all the to low and is stuck preventing me to further turn it to low closest is 2 which is low enough, kind of. That is the only disappointing thing to me. Overall, burners are strong and also durable. Love the griddle! Excellent for pancakes, steaks and eggs! Great overall buy.

I was easily able to install it myself, so I saved that cost making it a great upgrade!! The ONLY drawback - and it's just something to get used to - is the knobs. They are backwards from what I'm used to.
