Automatic Presoak option

Tackle stains without a trip to the sink with the Automatic Presoak option. Set your washer to soak for 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes, then the washer will add water and detergent for soaking. The cycle will start automatically once soaking is complete.

Deep Water Wash Option

Get more water to help break down loose soils. This option automatically adds more water to your load, so heavily soiled clothes get an optimal clean.

Delay Start option

Come home to clean clothes with the Delay Start option. Schedule a cycle up to 12 hours in advance so you can get laundry done even when you’re not at home.

It is the loudest appliance I’ve ever bought and barely cleans or wets all the clothing. I will never buy another whirlpool appliance. The customer service does nothing to help find someone in your area to work on it either. Even though they sent someone out before.

Had a repair guy come out today and he said that I might as well get something new bc it will cost almost as much to fix it. He also said that Whirlpool is traish, and appartently he is correct. Didn't even last 2 years...

Rated 2 out of 5 by Wash999 from Very Noisy but Fixed it This thing is incredibly noisy but I have a fix for the banging noise when its spinning to drain. The drum when spinning is causing the thin aluminum backplate to flex like a tin drum and thats where most of the noise is coming from. I fixed it by taking out the first two screws on the left side of the back plate (when facing the back of the washer) and shimmying a 1/2 thick by one inch wide and two inches long rubber foam pad shoved down towards the last screw on the bottom and then placing another one near the top screw with enough distance so that you can tighten the top screw. Don't replace the middle screw. Shouldn't have to fix something that is an obvious flaw in the way this thing is designed and manufactured.

Rated 2 out of 5 by LauraH from Not a Good Choice If You Use Fabric Softener I like the washing machine for ease of use but you cannot clean the fabric softener dispenser cup. It clogs up with black gunk and the softener will not dispense. You have to remove the back of the washer and the control panel just to access the dispenser cup to clean it. Nobody can do that monthly. So if you use liquid fabric softener, choose a washing machine that has the pull out drawer that is very easy to remove and clean.
