Rated 4 out of 5 by Ydna from 25yrs sounds good Purchased on: 12/13/2023 Had Commercial Whirlpool washer and drier units before these replacements for about 25 years and was very happy with them. They have been working fine until about June when the washer developed an issue. Or issues. it took 3 times to get it resolved, and 9 weeks without washer use. Had to walk in to ABT and personally speak with a service rep. that was great and very understanding. readjusted appointments and had a senior tech out in two days to go over the whole machine. In general one bad apple doesn't mean the rest are. I got 25 yrs out of my first set. So hopefully the bugs are fixed and I'll be good for the next 25!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Morine from Poor Timer I have purchased this dryer on April 2021 and so far I have to replace the timer three times and now it seems like it is going to be the fourth time now. It will shut off after 45 minutes of drying for a few months consistently, (each replacement) then after that it just keep running for hours without stopping. So far I have paid for the repair service (not the parts) and it has cost me almost the same price I paid for the machine in less than a year. When I paid for this fourth service, it will definitely cost more than the cost of the dryer. I cannot allow my tenants use the machine without me knowing because I have to fiscally time it which is VERY inconvenient for me. My wish is for Whirlpool replace the entire dryer
