Rated 1 out of 5 by Cassidy from The worst product: DO NOT BUY I have had this Fridge twice and BOTH WENT OUT. The second one (the replacement went out after 2 MONTHS). The first one I had for about 15 months. It went out and I lost hundreds of dollars in food. Called support in which the lady mentioned that they had been having issues with this model. It took a little over two months to receive the replacement. The replacement was the same model. I had it 2 months, and the same exact thing happened again!!!!! Lost hundreds of dollars in food, once again. Cant wait to waste hours of my time going through this process yet another time. And, cheers throwing away hundreds of dollars worth of food for a second time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by gareywadleigh from lemmon we got this in nov 21 , and have had nothing but trouble with it freezeing our food in the fridge and the freezer leaving our ice cream soft 'had the repair people out twice so far replaced temp sensor still is messed up. so they orderfreezer condesor and the wrong part was sent and was told it would be weeks before it would come.been 4 weeks so far and still nothing in the mean time the fridge runs between 28 and 41 , the only good point is that a whirlpool rep sent us a 50 gift card to help replace the food we have been throwing out . not a happy camper

At first had a problem getting in touch with them & when I did, they came our a claim it's the compressor & waiting on the part! It's been two weeks since they have ordered the part! Can't get anybody on the phone again! This don't make any since! Somebody needs to call me ASAP to let me know that somebody will be out here to fix it or it needs to be replaced! Here we're about to go into Novenber now & I still don't have a darn refrigerator working! Somebody better do something!

Rated 3 out of 5 by mountainriver from Basic refrigerator- but energy star rated I have had less than a month, and hopeful it will work well. It took a good week for temps to keep as low as food safety needs, and freezer dept is still not as cold as my old one, even at coldest setting it tends to hover between 20 and 25 degrees rather than 10-20. The refrigerator compartment seems to be keeping between 34-39, so it's good. It has a pretty quiet operation. It does have a few manufacturing issues, around the freezer door especially, two places where metal seems are uneven and hard insulation poking out into gasket , and same issue on top of fridge compartment.

The service technician already told me that I should pay for extension of warranty because this model is known to break. Freezer melts and freezes things over and over which spoils all the food. So, I get to throw away all my freezer foods, again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Whirlpool from Not too happy I received my refrigerator without any problems, the delivery drivers were very friendly and did a wonderful job. The problem I have with it is that I asked that it opens from the right side, and it opens from left on the opposite wall of my kitchen right near my radiator, this is a problem when I’m unloading groceries from the store .The counter is across from it. It was supposed to be done at the warehouse I guess , The delivery people were not responsible for doing this, and they said it was supposed to be done at the warehouse. I asked for this when it was ordered. And it was verified.
