Rated 5 out of 5 by Radtech109 from A quiet fridge I bought this sight unseen as it isn't in any stores here. I've had it for a bit over a week, so not long enough to see how it does. So far, good. The delivery experience was horrible, but that's from Home Depot, not Whirlpool. This one is much more quiet than my last Whirlpool. I'm not real thrilled with the ice maker in the door, but I wanted this model and that came along as part of it. I prefer them in the actual freezer area. Also, the water isn't very cold for very long in the dispenser. I read that this is normal as the reservior is small. I will probably call and make an appointment to have it checked anyhow in a few weeks. My 2009 Whirlpool kept water colder and more of it. Anyhow, I'm glad I bought it, it's running well and quiet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Vals from Questionable added feature. I had the earlier model but lost it in the Palidades fire. I have always had GE fridges, but really like the space in the Whirlpool. Unfortunately the new model has replaced one of the door bins with a Prep and Store Shelf that is totally useless to me and I have been unable to order a regular door bin—none listed in the parts lists and infinite waits with phone calls.

Price was better than any price quoted at major and mom and pop retail outlets. Love the new lighting on the inside and the updated silver trim. Delivery team did a great job, very professional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Angie from Some things are better left unchanged! I had my last whirlpool refrigerator for almost twenty five years. I loved it! I wanted to replace it with a model that was as close as I could get to my old one. I am very disappointed with two important features in a fridge. The lighting is no where near as bright as my old refrigerator. The LED lighting is so inferior in my opinion. The ice maker doesn’t have near the capacity of my previous whirlpool and it cannot keep up with our family of three!
