Rated 4 out of 5 by JT-ATL from Water dispenser amount inconsistent. Overall I like this product a lot. There are a couple of quirky things, though. The measured water dispenser is a great innovation. I have found, that after several calibrations, the dispensing amount is inconsistent. The first dispense is never the full amount, whether I set it on 8 ounces or 24 ounces. it is always about 1 to 2 ounces short. The second dispense is at the correct level. Also I don't see a way to disable the pad lights on the water/ice dispenser. There is a button on the door where I can turn them off after they come on, but they stay on unless I turn them off. I want them to turn off automatically when I'm finished with my dispensing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kris from Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I purchased this refrigerator, which was delivered and installed on March 12, 2025 and within just a few weeks, I’m already facing major issues. The freezer is experiencing frost buildup, condensation is causing food to melt, and there’s ice accumulating on the coils. The refrigerator is also incredibly loud, with the water and ice maker constantly making noise, and the fan runs non-stop. To top it off, there were noticeable dents upon arrival. While the refrigerator looks nice and was expensive, it’s clear that it’s not made well. I strongly urge potential buyers to steer clear of this model. It’s disappointing to pay so much for a product that doesn’t even function properly out of the box.

Rated 3 out of 5 by NOTHAPPY from Looks like you need to find new engineers. We bought one the same model over a year ago. We are very pleased with this one. The new one is very noisy pumping water to ice maker and the dispensed water is mildly cool at best. When the 1st one was delivered, men took time to actually set up fridge. On this one, they didn't even take the time to take plastic off and even left drawers taped inside the fridge. Not pleased with the current fridge or the delivery service!!! We had a lot higher opinion of Whirlpool before latest purchase. Just thought since we were pleased with our 1st purchase, we would be as happy with the new one. Boy were we wrong!!!! I will not make this mistake again.

Ice maker is in top of unit so a little room loss but i new this when i purchased it so not a problem. Easley keeps up with our ice consumption and crushed ice... Love the middle drawer and freezer is so big. Quite and cold I do wish the display shoed internal temps not just what I have it set for and really I like the water ounce measuring with the water dispenser. This is my fifth Whirlpool purchase as I have replaced all my appliances with Whirlpool and have never, NEVER had a problem with any...Kock wood. Thanks for a great product, great value, great since of security in a great company in these days of craziness...

Three days after delivery from a box store and after the 48 hour return policy, water was leaking inside the refrigerator, pooled under the deli drawer, spilled into the freezer, and onto the floor. Of course this also happened on the weekend. I called the box store who claimed they could not help me because Whirlpool repair was closed until Monday. Today I called the box store again. This time I was sent on a wild goose chase to text, online chat, etc. Then I tried to call Whirlpool directly. What a waste of time. I finally was able to set up a repair appointment online, but NOT without challenges. The earliest repair date is 3 weeks away. Thankfully, I am mechanically inclined and found where the leak came and then shut the water off

Rated 3 out of 5 by r24j from Storage is poorly engineered. Poor instructions. I bought this approx 3 months ago. The storage area is poorly engineered. The ice maker takes up so much space that you can't put milk or 2 liter bottles below it. The storage drawer is much deeper than it needs to be. That extra space should have been put into the freezer. The sliding basket is wire mesh and catches of things stored below. Should have made it out of plastic. The refrig & freezer doors and be ajar and the warning indicator will not eliminate. The control board is way more complicated than it needs to be. Took a of lot of trial and error to set it. The instruction are for the most part lacking and worthless.
