Like it, but the ice cubes are too small (they water down drinks faster), there is not enough space for taller drink items (lemonade, milk, 1/2 & 1/2, etc.), the in-the-door water is difficult to use without spilling down the front of the refrigerator, the water filter compartment takes up needed storage space. Love the narrow platter space - great for parties and holidays! The outside measurements are perfect, it just fits our existing opening. Please do not make this model any larger!

Rated 2 out of 5 by FKrueger from Not Too Pleased With French Door Refrigerator After spending over $3,000 and owning this model refrigerator for just 23 days, I am quite disappointed. Adjusting the front doors to level the right door with the left can only be done on the right door itself. I have maxed out the adjustment, yet there remains a 1/8" height difference, with the right door being slightly higher. While this may not seem like much, it is noticeable. In my previous refrigerators, I was able to adjust both doors, not just one. The refrigerator is level and tilted slightly backward to ensure that the doors close properly. However, I am unable to regulate the freezer temperature. I initially set it to zero degrees (as recommended) and placed a reliable appliance thermometer inside. The freezer temperature has fluctuated between -11 and +1 degrees, despite the fact that we do not open the freezer very often—only about twice a day. The refrigerator temperature, set at 36 degrees, also varies between 33 and 40 degrees. I understand this may partly be due to the daily opening and closing of the doors. Additionally, the fit of the internal drawers is not very good. They are tilted inwards from corner to corner and do not slide smoothly. On a positive note, the refrigerator is aesthetically pleasing, matching our other Kenmore Elite kitchen appliances. The stainless-steel finish looks great, and any fingerprints can be wiped clean with a soft cloth.

This is a second home (vacation home) and I have a huge Sub Zero in my main house but I must say I like this refrigerator better with the easy to use ice maker on the door and the interior organization is fabulous. We really like the size of the smaller than normal ice cubes (not too big). It is a beautiful refrigerator and we are very happy.

Freezer not as large as I expected but I do like the pizza storage area they added. It is much quieter for water dispenser and ice maker than are other Whirlpool and that I like even better. Service was 5 star on the install., And Customer Service was extremely helpful.
