36-inch Wide True Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator - 25 cu. ft.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PatrPaul from Love the configuration, but… We had a side by side. It had about the same overall cuft as our new Whirlpool. But, because of the difference in the way these fridges are configured, my new French door fridge seems to hold much more. I am loving the extra space in the refrigerated area. Since we do t freeze a lot of foods, the freezer is fine. There is one issue I have and it is with the freezer door. It has a depression along the top edge used to pull the freezer open. It collects stuff…dirt, crumbs, what have you. It would be much better for the home maker if that dirt trap wasn’t there and the freezer opened with a handle like the two doors above.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Disgusted!! from Awful purchase After 6 months I can tell you this is one of the worst purchases I have made for the house - all of the awful purchases have been Whirlpool products. Whirlpool is awful quality. Refrigerator is loud and runs hot. After 6 months it is time to replace water filter. They are over $50 each and to reset the filter warning I have just spent two and a half hours on. It is extremely difficult and I've given up on trying to reset any temperature setting on it. I just turn off breaker for 10 minutes and leave the machine as it is in hopes it will rectify itself. I'm pretty handy and absolutely hate this refrigerator. I will buy anything but whirlpool in the future G od awful purchase

Rated 1 out of 5 by Neveragain26 from Do not purchase! Since delivery, there’s been a solid red illuminating light on the control panel. Maintenance came twice to fix it, to no resolve. Maintenance technician noticed the insulation of the doors were bulging out of the top, bottom, and sides of the doors. After 2.5 months, the ice dispenser has seized. Terrible product. Will not be recommending this fridge. It was manufactured in March 2026 and delivered on May 5th, 2026. I would expect a higher level of assembly and craftsmanship from Whirlpool.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Janet8090 from I Love this Refrigerator. Great features..The cooling is great. Lighting is excellent. The ice maker produces a large amount of ice. At times I have used the ice bin for other frozen items and switch to off and still have plenty. The vegetable/fruit bins are large enough to hold full heads of lettuce, celery, cantaloupe. I gave it a four-star rating because I was disappointed that the chime to notify that a door is left open is only audible if standing very next to it.

It is a nice refrigerator, With back issues, it is nice to have the refrigerator above the freezer. The only small issue thus far is the freezer drawer takes a little more effort to close (slide) than I expected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sarah from Great frig LOVE this refrigerator. Having a counter-depth frig that is 24 cubic feet is perfect! Two critiques - we keep the ice bin turned off for the most part - when it gets full and you open the drawer, ice will fall behind it. Second - the settings on the side of the left door panel need to be higher - if you open the door to get water, my hand often lays on those settings and end up changing something. If they were higher up I wouldn't touch them accidentally. Otherwise it's a beautiful frig!

Rated 2 out of 5 by hg707 from you let me down. Whirlpool Not up to what I expected from Whirlpool. Freeze the door insulation is coming apart right from the moment it was delivered. The ice maker doesn't shut off automatically and ice keeps spilling out of the tray. The entire interior unit seems cheaply made with flimsy plastic parts. Very surprised and disappointed for such an expensive investment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by chicagouser from Terrible Ice Maker design on otherwise nice Fridge We bought this to replace a failing 15-year-old Whirlpool fridge. It is better in every way but one which is a real deal breaker. Every time you open the freezer drawer, it knocks an ice cube from the ice bucket under the icemaker onto the freezer floor. And it's not something you can easily reach to remove. The only solution is to turn the ice maker off before it fully fills the ice bucket. I can see exactly what the issue is. Our unit is not defective, it's just a terrible design. There is a notch at the top of the ice bucket to make room for the icemaker and that notch is where the ice falls through over and over and over. I called the support number and the agent was helpful but said there was no way to adjust the icemaker to make less ice. She said she could send a technician but since it sounded like a design flaw, not an operating issue, it would be a waste of everyone's time. This is going to annoy me for years so I think I'll have to return the entire thing. Ugh.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cms25 from Spacious I’ve only owned this refrigerator for a little over a month but so far, so good. The refrigerator is spacious considering that it is a counter depth. The freezer is surprisingly large compared to other counter depth refrigerators that I looked at. The inside drawers slide nicely and I like that the inside water has a button that you can push with your glass to dispense. One complaint is that the display panel is too low so we’re always accidentally bumping it. I’m addition to the side panel being too low, there are visible feet brackets when the freezer drawer is open however you can’t see them when it’s closed. I can’t comment on the products longevity but I am hoping this refrigerator will last for years to come.
