Same repeated problemWe experienced the ice maker stopped working and then the refrigerator would not keep the temp low and then a loud whirling noise after 3 months. Lost about $700 in food. Found this is known problem, but there is no recall or refund. New parts installed and three months later same problem. Repair guy here again trying to fix it. (three months after first fix and six months after purchase). If you experience same problem, pull out the deli drawer and look way back. If you see frost/ice, this means you will lose everything soon. Some how ice builds up and blocks the fan, then causing one of the cooling fans to stop working, no ice and then no cooling.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!I wish I could have given it 0 stars. We are having the same problems that many others have reported on here. At first the door ice maker stops working and then the bottom ice maker stops. Next the refridgerator struggles to maintain 56 degrees and the freezer climbs to around 15. We had it serviced once and they replacement a bunch of components related to the ductwork. It wasnt more than a week before it started repeating the same thing. Scheduled another appointment over a week and half ago and no one showed up today. It will be the last time I ever buy anything Whirlpool or any of its brands, ie Kitchen Aid.

Problems problems!!So I am in the same boat as many others. 4 months in quit making ice 45+ degree refer temps. Replaced frozen evap unit works a few months now same problems again. Lemmon Lemmon for sure. Now it will soon be out of warranty and I'll be stuck paying the repair bill in this expensive low performing short lasting boat anchor. They need to give anyone who purchased these their money back so they can buy a unit that will last more than a few months and more like several years. I have always purchased whirlpool products and never seen any issues. Very disappointed and upset over this unit. They need to stop selling this one.

Worst fridge ever!!!!I purchased this fridge May 2017. Stopped cooling August 2017 after losing 100 dollars in food and 2 week wait for part to fix fridge very frustrated. Now December 20 2017 fridge has stopped cooling again and ice maker makes horrible knocking noise that will last up to a minute. Called for repair have full warranty on fridge and a 2 week wait for repairman to come out and look at fridge. Once again lost 100 dollars worth of food and will be without a fridge during Christmas and New Years. Please read all reviews and do not buy this fridge!!!!! WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE!!!!!!!!!

Everything You NeedSpace galore!! We've had this for about 8 months now an absolutely love it. We like to entertain and this fridge makes doing that a lot more fun. The dual ice maker is extremely handy and we really like the smaller square cubes because the go into containers and cups much easier than the bigger oval shaped cubes our old GE produced. I'm in the tech industry and shopped for a long time before purchasing. We had to adjust to the water dispenser as we found it easier to set the container we want to fill below it and use our hand to push the water button. We haven't found anything yet we weren't able to fill with water yet. Highly recommended!

Good Design and lots of spaceThis fridge is huge! Be sure to measure first. we had to take out my slider to get it in the house. Innovative internal layout. Like the ice maker being in the door itself as well as the ice maker in the freezer means you'll have plenty of ice. Didn't think i'd like the smaller ice cubes, but they make mixing drinks easier. Water and ice paddle setup saves space.Easy Water and air filter change design. Intuitive controls. Has wifi monitoring by app if your into that sort of thing. My only con is bumping door tray when removing gallon of milk or juice from bottom door tray. but seems minuscule with overall of how awesome this behemoth is.

Refrigerator doesn't workI purchased this refrigerator on March 1st 2017 it worked great till August 3rd 2017 when it stopped getting cold. The fridge was only cooling to 47 degrees. Our service tech was very knowledgeable and replaced a solenoid which fixed the problem for the time being. Fast forward only a month and I'm now waiting for the service tech to come back out since the door ice maker stopped making ice and the fridge is not cooling again. This time it won't get below 50 degrees. I would not recommend this fridge to anyone but I do like whirlpool and the service company we use. If the fridge stops working again I am requesting a new fridge from where I bought it.

Excellent price, size, space, and features and the nameWhen making the choice from all the different selections and name brands, Whirlpool was the best effective selection for my family. The sleeks of the outside was the first factor. Then the size was the second factor. Then when I opened up all the doors to see all the space compared to all the other brands, I know I made the right decision to purchase my new Whirlpool refrigerator. I purchased it during the black Friday sale and the price, wow what sealed the deal. Awesome features and all the space you need for all the family to enjoy. I love the security features as well. Well worth the investment. My wife love its and so do I.

1 month old refrigerator not coolingI am so upset. One month old, refrigerator started high pitch vibrating noise. We checked every possibility on whirlpool troubleshooting page but next day refrigerator stopped cooling completely. Lost all our food. Freezer still works. Waiting a week for next earliest repair appointment, living without a refrigerator is brutal! Now reading all these other reviews I am so upset we ever bought it! we saved so long to get this model because we have a big family and were so excited! Now it's been nothing but grief. So deeply disappointed. We bought the extra warranty but with all the complaints on the repair services I'm reading here, I'm hoping we don't have issues when they come tomorrow.

BADMOD # WRF99FIFM00 SER #K62403126I BOUGHT THIS IN 11/20/16 AND HAD NOTHTHING BUT TROUBLE IT IS NOW 3/28/17 FOUR MONTHS OLD WE HAVE CALLED CERTIFIED CARE THREE TIME HAD TECKS HERE FOUR TIMES AND ONE IS COMMING TOMORROW HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR PARTS WE HAVE LOST AROUND $400.00 WORTH OF FOOD AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGHT IF THIS DOESN'T FIX I EXPECT SOME ONE TO SEND ME A NEW OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL GO SOMEWHERE AND GET A BETTER ONE . IF YOU CAN'T HELP THEN PLEASE TELL ME WHO I NEED TO GET INTOUCH WITH TO GET SOME RESOLVE. ALSO OUT OF THE WEEKS WE HAVE HAD IT WE HAVE BEEN OUT ALEAST 5 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY REFRIGERATOR THIS IS NUTS.
