BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCLUDE YOUR OBLIGATION TO INDEMNIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

ELIGIBILITY: The Whirlpool® x OLIPOP® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Whirlpool Corporation and Olipop, Inc. (collectively, “Sponsor”), Ketchum Inc., Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and each of their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and “those living in the same household” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winners, and the Sponsor's exercise of discretion, which shall be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 28, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period consists of two (2) separate entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"), as follows: Entry Period 1 begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 21, 2026; and Entry Period 2 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on September 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 28, 2026. Non-winning entries received during Entry Period 1 will not roll over into Entry Period 2. The designated computer clock of the Administrator is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.whirlpool.com/kitchen/refrigeration/nugget-ice-maker/olipop-giveaway.html (the "Website") and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the registration form with all required information. Upon successful submission of the registration form in accordance with these Official Rules, you will receive one (1) entry (an "Entry") into the applicable Entry Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an "Entry" is defined as one (1) eligible registration received by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules. Entries must be successfully submitted through the Website during the applicable Entry Period. Entries not actually received by Sponsor will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries are subject to the limits set forth below. Entries received during an Entry Period will be eligible only for the drawing applicable to that Entry Period. Non-winning Entries received during Entry Period 1 will not carry over or otherwise be eligible for the Entry Period 2 drawing.

ENTRY LIMITS: Limit one Entry per person/email address per Entry PeriodSubsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Entries in excess of the stated limit by using multiple or false contact information, email addresses, accounts, identities or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified, all associated Entries being declared void, and any prize won being forfeited. Each Entry must be manually completed and submitted by the individual entrant. Entries generated by script, computer program, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and will be disqualified. Entries that exceed the stated limit, are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Sweepstakes, provided such person is otherwise eligible. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the applicable email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Sponsor may require proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On or about September 22, 2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during Entry Period 1 to select three (3) potential winners. On or about September 29, 2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during Entry Period 2 to select five (5) potential winners. Non-winning Entries received during Entry Period 1 will not roll over into Entry Period 2. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, interpretation of these Official Rules, selection of winners and determinations of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMING: Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry in a commercially reasonable time following the drawing. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable due to filtering, insufficient mailbox capacity, or any other reason beyond the Sweepstakes Parties' reasonable control. Potential winners will have three (3) calendar days from the date the notification is sent to respond and complete and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and any requested information necessary for prize fulfillment, including personal information required for tax reporting purposes, if applicable, as a condition of receiving a prize. If a potential winner fails to respond within the required time period, fails to timely complete or return the required documentation, the notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is otherwise determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, time permitting, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
A potential winner becomes a “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period, up to three (3) alternates, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prizes. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winners.

PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There will be eight (8) prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes, with three (3) prizes awarded in connection with Entry Period 1 and five (5) prizes awarded in connection with Entry Period 2, as follows: Each winner will receive one (1) Whirlpool® 36-inch True Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Nugget Ice (23.4 cu. ft.), ten (10) cases of OLIPOP product, one (1) PR Box, one (1) Accessories Box containing a Can Rack and Bins, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) awarded via ACH transfer (each, a “Prize”).The total ARV of the three (3) Prizes awarded in connection with Entry Period 1 is $9,594.00, and the total ARV of the five (5) Prizes awarded in connection with Entry Period 2 is $15,990.00. The total ARV of all Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes is $25,584.00. The refrigerator will be available only in Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel. Refrigerator delivery will be scheduled for a mutually agreed-upon date and will include uninstall, installation, and haul-away, as needed. Each winner must provide all information reasonably requested in connection with delivery and installation, including the location within the winner’s residence where the refrigerator will be installed and whether stairs must be navigated to access such location. No modifications to the winner’s residence or installation space will be provided. The ten (10) cases of OLIPOP product will consist of five (5) cases of Caramel Apple and five (5) cases of Crisp Apple. Prize components will be fulfilled separately and may arrive in multiple shipments. The refrigerator, PR Box, and Accessories Box containing the Can Rack and Bins will be fulfilled by Whirlpool, and the OLIPOP product will be fulfilled separately by OLIPOP. The $500.00 cash portion of the Prize will be awarded via ACH transfer, and each winner must provide all information reasonably requested for purposes of completing the ACH transfer. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions of any non-cash prize component except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and Sponsor’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide a winner with a prize or prize component, Sponsor may elect to provide the winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), other than any applicable standard manufacturer warranty. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes received, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. Winners are responsible for paying taxes on the full ARV of the prize awarded to them. The ARV of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited. Prizes, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any delays in awarding any prize for any reason, and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prizes or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Sweepstakes Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for, and winner will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of the prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

GENERAL: Subject to applicable law, each winner hereby expressly grants to the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective successors, assigns, sublicensees and designees, the irrevocable right to use and publish his/her name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, biography, and city and state of residence for all purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any form of notice, permission or any amount or kind of compensation, except for the awarding of the prizes to the winners. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winning entrant hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winning recipient’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to the failure or interruption of any internet service provider, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. All decisions as to these Official Rules and interpretations thereof are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Parties and may be changed from time to time without notice. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or prize without any further obligation. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or (b) to disqualify any entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

CONDUCT: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, TAMPER WITH, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS: The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled Entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet, or any other associated website, or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then the Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. If terminated, the Sweepstakes Parties will award the prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period up to the time of such action.

RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees and expenses), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, including any travel associated with any prize, (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false; (iv) entrant’s Entry material on any related website, or (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan or the District Court of Berrien County, Michigan ; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

ENTRY INFORMATION AND SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, except where prohibited by law. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winners’ list. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant expressly acknowledges all of the terms and conditions of Whirlpool Corporation’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.whirlpoolcorp.com/privacy-policy.html, and Olipop, Inc.’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://drinkolipop.com/pages/privacy-policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the applicable Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.

MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
