Looks good, works great!
I had been shopping locally at different stores for a freezer like this but they were either not available or delivery was two months out.
The price was comparable to the local stores but when I put this freezer in my cart at the Whirlpool website it showed a $550 discount. Needless to say I ordered it immediately (11/18) and it was delivered on 12/1. They wanted to deliver earlier but I needed to make room and install a dedicated receptacle.
I purchased this 20 cu. ft. freezer as a backup to a very old chest freezer. Easier to see what I have on hand than the chest freezer. Temperature stays around zero at the recommended setting. Interior LED lighting is very nice. Cabinet exterior is smooth and clean looking. I opted to not get the optional ice maker.
I hope it works as long as my previous Whirlpool appliances have.

A Roomy Freezer
I purchased this freezer to supplement a small, very old chest freezer. The chest freezer stays full and works great but it's inconvenient to dig through even with items sorted in baskets plus its age is worrisome.
This new Whirlpool freezer is well lit inside with ample shelving, baskets and door storage and everything inside is easily visible. If the chest freezer quits I have enough room to transfer the contents to this freezer.
It is 30 inches deep and was a tight fit through my 32 inch exterior door.
A small scratch on the door was the result of the appliance dolly slipping on the way through.

Very Happy With Our New Whirlpool Freezer/Icemaker
We've had this now two weeks and it was easy to set up and get going - We put in a temp recorder that reads from two locations in the freezer and the Temps are very consistent - The medium setting runs between 0 degrees and 6 degrees. It is quiet, well lit inside and we love the optional ice maker - We love our new freezer

bought this in 2020, delivered 2021, problems began 10 months after delivery. tech said issue was a factory issue. 6 tech visits and it is declared non-repairable. issue began under factory warranty, but timeline went into extended warranty. AIG extended warranty offered 75% of purchase price doesn't include lost food as the freezer died 2x. Whirlpool washed hands of issue. no-one willing to help. last freezer lasted 38 years with no issues. quality of appliance is poor. not buying anymore whirlpool products if i can help it!
