Rated 4 out of 5 by S. R. from Test your dishes in the store for rack size I regret paying extra $ for the third rack. I thought I found the ‘perfect’ dishwasher! I was excited to see the third rack to clean coffee cups and bowls, but the online pictures are misleading. Most of our mugs do not fit. Unless you have the tiny, 8 ounce coffee cups from yesteryear, your mugs probably won’t fit. Our large (10.5 inch) plastic plates are also too big to fit on the middle rack. When I went shopping, I only took a cookie sheet to try in the lower rack. Next time I shop, I’ll be bringing a box full of various dishware to try. As far as cleaning, this dishwasher has been great. Very quiet.

The first one I bought I returned within two days because it was leaking, the second one arrived and the door was smashed in (shipping issue), but the third one was leaking in the warranty service replaced it now I have a fourth one and it is leaking. A service technician came out to try and fix the problem but it is still leaking and you will be coming back. My suspicion is that it is leaking from the tub like the first and third one were and I will have to get a fifth one… Fingers crossed one of these works without leaking...

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cobalt Blue from Nice Dishwasher I love how the dishwasher works. It washes great and is quiet. I only wish the handle was also black stainless instead of just stainless. I also would have like a bowed front instead of flat. But all of the appliances are flat now and look like from the 1960's and not much style. The interior is very nice. We really like the cup rack on top. I do like my purchase and it is very good quality. So I would give 5 stars for quality, But the 4 stars are for looks but it does look the best for what is available. And I will probably have the handle wrapped with black stainless to complete the look instead of standing out kind of weird.

Rated 1 out of 5 by McStarr from DON’T BUY IF YOU LIKE TO COOK My 20+ year old Whirlpool dishwasher was the BEST ever and my new Whirlpool is terrible. Did our homework and wanted extra large capacity since we cook a lot. This unit has 3 trays. Bottom tray is ok for a pasta pot, but not designed for large and deep frying skillets and their lids. While 2nd tray is adjustable you are restricted in height by a mechanism hanging down from the 3rd (top) tray. This model has an outside door handle and door opens very low (just inches above the floor) and it is easy to hit the door handle with your foot while loading the bottom tray. Door is hard to open and controls (while lighted) are impossibly small to read. Very disappointing for over $1000.

Now that I have experienced a third rack dishwasher I will never, ever even look at a two rack one when it eventually comes time to update. Getting all the pots, and pans to fit is no longer a frustrating game of Tetris. I didn’t expect the third rack to be a game changer but I cannot rave enough about it. The utensil basket is great because you can remove the end sections and just use the main, smaller basket if needed. My family is small so I usually only need the small configuration. The most important part - my dishes come out sparkling clean. I actually highly, highly recommend this specific model if a dishwasher.

Just love it! So quiet. I can be standing next to it and hear nothing. The controls on the top are perfectly placed, easy to start, and leaves a sleek look to my kitchen. It cleans very efficiently while I sleep soundly. I use the 3rd rack for large kitchen knives, spatulas, and other awkward utensils. I can pick up the utensil rack and walk it to my kitchen drawer to unload. My favorite appliance by far. I had not had a dishwasher for years, so glad I got it now.
