Rated 4 out of 5 by La fisher from Mostly pleased. Only in for two weeks and luddite wife having some difficulty adjusting to the digital age. Our prior oven was still working - at least the bottom half was - after 57 years, having replaced the elements once or twice. I was able to connect one of the ovens to the internet but not the other. Trying to get help online proved difficult and I gave up addressing this minor issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sue S. from Inside lights & Fan strength I bought this product 2.5 years ago. The fan is not strong enough to clear the moisture after cooking/baking is completed. Also after the first self cleaning the oven door light does not work after opening. The lights are still working but the door light sensor is not. On the previous Whirlpool double oven I had the inside lights broke also after the first self cleaning. Furthermore, it is almost impossible to contact your customer service to ask questions or obtain information.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JaeJae from Attractive , Modern and Works Well! My prior ovens were 26" so my choices for replacement were limited (could not upgrade to the 27in.). I decided on this model from Whirlpool. I needed a carpenter decrease the size of the opening and build a cabinet to exactly match my new white cabinetry. (The oven installer raved that the carpenter's work was perfect.) I called an electrician to upgrade my wiring (though it was not actually needed). The ovens are stunningly beautiful! I purchased some smaller pans to fit inside, but that was no big deal. I would prefer that the racks not be curved, and I would love to have had the self-cleaning feature in the bottom oven. I do not understand that decision by Whirlpool for a second. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with performance, and I am grateful that Whirlpool manufactures these ovens which accommodate my smaller opening. Very attractive!
