The right rear adjustable leg came bent from the factory. (No evidence of shipping damage) The pull out drawer would not close evenly and appeared to be racked. Finally, the 2 grates do not sit flush/level with one another with about a 1/8 inch height difference. Oven and burners function well, we did have to adjust the low setting on 4 burners as they were too hot for a low setting. We were able to get the leveling leg to work and force the drawer to look even when closed. Can live with the grates being uneven. This is not a cheap appliance, quality control needs to be improved.

Perfect choice.The design lines on this appliance are very clean and simple. This range is amazingly energy efficient, the convection and conventional modes are right on target. Baking temperatures are perfect, no need to adjust your recipe. We ordered the griddle accessory that is compatible with the cook top and that is highly recommended as well! The cook top grates lift easy to clean underneath, great feature. The control panel was a bit tricky at first, got easier with practice. The oven light could be a little brighter. Overall, this range exceeds expectations.

Like the clock is facing up on the panel so I can only see it if I'm standing over it, not from across the room like my old one. Then the ringer on the timer is so lame and quiet (and only sounds off once), so chances are that if you're in another room you will probably not hear it, whereas my old sounded about 3 times and I could hear from the other side of my house. And finally, the bottom storage drawer is so flimsy that it falls off the track almost every time you have to pull it out, and it holds less than half of what my old one held. For the price I paid, I would expect better.

The controls are simple and straightforward, and the burners heat up quickly and evenly (no more hot spots or half-cooked eggs). The oven space is generous, and it holds temperature really well—no weird fluctuations, even when baking. I also like that the grates are easy to lift and clean, which makes a huge difference when you’re cooking more than just quick meals. If you’re looking for a gas range that feels premium without being overcomplicated, this is a great option.

Rated 3 out of 5 by nikkir161_9173 from Huge learning curve with this one! I love the sleek look of this oven! It’s very intuitive and I love that my food comes out even baked and not burned. However, there is a definite learning curve. The manual is nowhere to be found, and with it being a smart oven, it’s definitely needed! I found that the temperature on the oven did not match the actual temp. There was about a 10 degree difference, and it varied through out the cooking process. The app does not always line up with the actual oven as far as the timer goes. I also wish that the oven continued to chirp every couple of seconds when the timer goes off, and that it was louder too. I do love the air fry function, but my favorite is definitely the larger burner on the stove!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kristy from Overall worth it It's beautiful and works fantastic. The loss of one star is due to two minor issues. The first is the bottom drawer is kind of flimsy. The second is that the lowest setting on the burners is still a bit too high. I would like to know if they can be adjusted. Otherwise, I'm super happy with it overall. The oven cooks perfect. Home-made pizza was perfectly done with crisp crust, lemon bars came out fantastic, and the carnuras were a hit. Can't wait to make more delicious food for the family.

I ordered the propane version since we live in a rural area, not realizing I'd have to convert the stove from natural gas to propane myself or with a plumber's help. The item did come with the propane orifice spuds to swap out on the surface burners but not the one for the over bake burner. Turns out that one is back-ordered, but finally got through to a Whirlpool tech guy who told us the substitute orifice spud to buy. Meanwhile, it is not advisable to use the oven. A bit of a drag.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Stove #3 works! from Looks better with some problems Not what I purchased. First of all oven did not register the correct temperature. We called and scheduled a technician and waited a week. The technician was aware of this on going problem and could not order the part without it taking a long time to arrive. He directed us to contact NFM for a replacement. NFM came the next day with a brand new machine and it was damaged. They unpacked it from the supplier and it was damaged from the factory. Then finally, the following day another new one was delivered and had a dent on it straight from the factory. Although it works beautifully, now having a working oven after a month. I would have preferred to just replace the board in our old stove. And would have been much cheaper.

On the stovetop if you lean forward to reach something it wants to start the burners w/ the ignitors by hitting the knobs. Also the flames are way too much even on lowest setting for sautéing or simmering, only the smallest burner in far right rear will do. The other burners you can actually boil on low setting. Not good for slow cooking multiple things. Maybe I will look into regulating gas supply, but cannot do this at the house for fear it will affect furnace, water heater etc. Hopefully this can be done on the range?

Rated 5 out of 5 by PJ in Maine from Lighten Up, Whirlpool! Overall excellent. The hinged grates are genius, the burners are even and very responsive, and preheating is rapid. I love the center griddle burner, but we sprung for a cast iron griddle, not the one that is offered as I don't want non-stick anything (PFAS), and cast iron is tried and true. I haven't tried the air fryer yet. Although I didn't think I'd like the horizontal placement of the controls, they're actually easier to read than vertical knobs and controls. My one criticism is the brightness and placement of the lone, interior light. It's just not enough and is easily blocked by whatever one has in the oven, so I find I have to open the door to check progress, losing heat in the process. More annoying than fatal.
