Rated 2 out of 5 by replaceburners from replaced all stove burners within first 90 days The stove came with 374 degree thermal breakers. If you are making soups or canning where you really need the heat. You have to replace the burners with non-thermal ones. Once the burners were replace the the range cooks good. The oven door handle broke within 2 months. While the was fixed for free it took 4 days to get the parts in to do the repair. Over all from a cooking perspective it beats the glass top units by far after you replace the burners. By the way it was the repair person for the door handle that said to replace the burners. I was happy to learn about doing that and what a difference it made.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Burned in Salem from BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Bought this 2+ months ago. Could NOT be any more disappointed. Temperatures are impossible to hold for baking OR cooking. Clearly the engineering was done by someone who has NEVER cooked or baked. When I called to get help they said that this just the way the "new" ranges work. RATING ON THIS PRODUCT IS BOGUS. THE RATED DOESN'T GO LOW ENOUGH. ACCUBAKE TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS TRASH The temperatures fluctuate so much, high and low it ruins food. I have been cooking and baking for over 65 years and this stove is a NIGHTMARE. Whirlpool offered to let me pay the $400 shipping to return it. No Joke. NO HELP AT ALL! GETTING MY $$$ BACK WAS NOT AN OPTION.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jweaver from DO NOT PURCHASE This stove is terrible. Due to knew law affected by June 2018, this stove will NOT boil water. Whirlpool put a reducer on its coils so they will NEVER get hot enough to boil water.They say it does but reality it will only be a high simmer. I argued with Whirlpool who will not accept a return or any assistance. They say "its working the way it was built so will not accept a return or an exchange." NOTE Whirlpool does not disclose this information under products description. I did a video for ONE HOUR with the coils on high (10) with water never boiling. This will be uploaded to Youtube showing the water only simmering. You will not be able to cook a meal unless you only planning on using the oven and not the stove top. My stove was purchased through Whirlpool July 2018 directly. Do not purchase this, you will regret it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Be ky from Disappointed My brand new stove. Coil burners just like I Wanted! Except. Burners will not get hot enough for a full boil. If you can, or cook like I do and need burners to get hot this is not the stove for you. It has a sense on the burners so it doesn’t allow you to bring to a full boil. Wish I would have known before purchase. When we called they said nothing they could do about it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by youngstr from Initial Disapointment Special order stove installed during the first week of August and it wouldn't boil water on any of the burners. Dealer called Whirlpool and was told to "put covers on the pans to boil". UNACCEPTABLE TO THIS CONSUMER. Dealer replaced all the burner coils with other models and the stove now boils water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DJ-DanniD from Excellent Range This was purchased to replace a Kenmore that broke every 6 months like clockwork due to the self cleaning feature. I am so glad I purchased this stove. I got it because it was designed, engineered, and assembled in America. I was skeptical after reading reviews after my purchase prior to delivery. First of all, the pans are removable to wash. The coils have to be pushed in and lifted up first. I think this is a great feature as it actually prevents the coils from moving around. I just adore the oven. I have baked a few things that turned out great! I have had a learning curve because both the coils and the oven are true temperatures unlike all my previous stove. I don't have to cook on high on this one to get a medium heat. This may be due to the digital thermostat but I'm not sure. I love the touch pad instead of the nobs. The nobs were difficult to clean. I also love the self cleaning. This did not break after using the self cleaning function. The overall range is extremely easy to clean. The only complaint the I would have if I had one is that I would have preferred the entire stove be stainless steel. I'm not fond on the black surface but I guess I can live with it. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I hope it lasts for at least the 20 years my washer and dryer lasted prior to giving them away. Thank you Whirlpool for a beautiful product that's actually made in America!
