Trust me when i say this that i couldnt have bought a better appliance. Sure it's new.. but it's classy..like the little Rolls Royce in ovens. Quick heat, convection cook, air fry and a keep warm feature. i opted away from the wi fi feature cuz my my fingers work just fine and who really needs to spend the extra money to turn on the stove when im not here..plus unless that feature comes with taking my food out of the fridge and putting it the oven its useless to me. All in all, Whirlpool is a great brand and i love this stove.

We called in to report for some issues (Glass Top has damage or some type of bubble or film on it after cooking. Home Depot representative was VERY HELPFULL to satisfied us, however, the Whirlpool representative WAS NOT being helpful, and gave the HOME DEPOT representative a very hard time... After being on the phone so long and answered so many questions, the Whirlpool representative finally allowed for the replacement then said if the Electric Range is defective again, there will be a service person will be out to investigate rather than replacing the unit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lynne13 from Awful paint finish, ruins appearance, I purchased this range 1 month ago. Its your typical electric stove but the outside finish on it is awful. I got the black and you cannot even walk by it without a scratch getting on it somewhere. The finish is extremely soft. The glass top cooking area as well. Not easily cleaned and scratches like crazy. bought all new pots just for glass top stoves plus special cleaner. Called Whirlpool and they did NOTHING, said they don't handle cosmetic issues. They stove looks older now than the one I replaced. Went back to store and the floor model has the same issues. The manager said there is a defect in the manufacturing. They helped me out with no thanks to Whirlpool. I would have given it a 0 but it cooks fine.

It takes nearly 12 minutes to heat to 350 degrees. My old one took 4 1/2 min. I can set a delayed time start, but it is a convoluted process and also does not work as easily as the old range. I had a turbo burner on the old stove, but this one did not come with that. It has 4 burners that are all the same size. Who needs 4 small burners? They also seem to heat to a lower temperature. It has the ability to air fry, but an air fry basket was not included. Really? This is not a horrible product, but it is not even close to being as good as the one I had for 27 years.

I have a range with a flat top before that would come clean when they're was a spill. This one does not. I've tried many products. It's very new and we already had to just but a rubber cover on Amazon to hide the ugly. Second, the "air fryer" has never worked like an air fryer. We've tried it several times. It takes forever and stop doesn't not make fries crispy or chicken cook thoroughly. We were hoping to get rid of the ugly air fryer on the counter, but the air fryer function is not good on this oven. If it wasn't such a pain to return, I would definitely take it back. I'll settle for hopefully preventing others from buying this with my review and recommendations to friends.

The knobs on the back panel stick out too far over the back burners, the burners should be highlighted brighter so you can see where the burners are and the different sizes of elements plus the bottom storage drawer is difficult to slide because of the dry metal on dry metal.So far as cooking and baking it has been easy to use but the glass top on this range is difficult to get clean as it takes several times to wipe because it smears. It would be great if all the glass top ranges had the special glass coating that the other Whirlpool ranges have so it would be easier to get and keep clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sunny from Quality of range is disappointing I bought this 2 months ago for my 2nd home so it isn’t used much. The stove top already has scratches and spots that I can’t get out. When I called customer service they were no help at all. I use the same pans and cleaner that I used on my Kenmore range and only had one little spot on it after having it for 15 years. Also the bottom drawer is hard to open and the edges are sharp. Very disappointed in the quality of the stovetop and customer service. With the lack of support this will be the last Whirlpool appliance I purchase and definitely won’t recommend them to family and friends.

At this point I haven’t used all of the features on the stove that has no preheat for frozen pizza/lasagna or the air fryer…..but stove is great (watch out for the first time to use it prior to putting food in due to the smoke which totally makes sense to burn off all the newness inside). My only regret is trying to keep the top clean……it streaks…..really hard to get some spots off (a couple I haven’t been able to from boil over on shrimp with old bay). Otherwise kitchen is beautiful and I had replaced my over 20 year old whirlpool appliances with these new whirlpool appliances.

A couple of issues or concerns I have is that when using the oven it takes a lot longer to heat up compared to my last oven (LG). The major issue I have is the top stainless steel part above the oven door gets very hot! Hot to the point where you can touch it. Not ideal for kids to be around. The top inside part of the oven underneath the stainless steel trim has some very sharp exposed metal that if you try cleaning and are not careful you could get cut. The range is more about looks than usage. Not happy with how it’s made.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dee Dee from Nice range,but… It’s a great range. However, it needs calibrating as I made some cookies for a gift and it took 20 minutes longer than it should @350°. No manual came with the range, so I looked and looked online and finally found it. It would be nice to have an actual physical copy to quickly find what I’m looking for. I am doing my best to get familiar with this range-I am no stranger to electric ranges and have been cooking and baking for over 50 years. I used the air technology and because of the temperature it took a long time and had to blast the heat up to 450° I hope sometime soon to be able to give it at least a 4.5 star rating-just not yet.
