Rated 1 out of 5 by Gemwoj from Would not Recommend any Whirlpool Products bought this Whirlpool range on October 17, and the LCD control panel didn’t work from day one. I reported it immediately and have spent nearly a month trying to get it repaired or replaced. Whirlpool told me there are no authorized technicians in my area and that I’d need to haul the range myself to a repair shop, completely unreasonable for a three-day-old appliance. I’ve spent hours on hold, been promised callbacks that never came, and still have no resolution. The range has never worked, and Whirlpool’s warranty support has been slow, disorganized, and unhelpful. I’ll never purchase another Whirlpool product again.

I had difficulty enabling sabbath mode and then I was unable at all to disable so Best Buy exchangd it for another one. The same thing happened. I read the instructions an it said to hold "cook time" for 5 seconds and long press "cancel", but no matter how long I held the button the sabbath mode woul not disable. I was on the phone with your agent for 2 hours and she said she was sending out a repair guy. He figured out that your contro guide is incorrect. You press "cook time" again to disable, not cancel. I suggest you make this change in your guide, but otherwise the stove is very good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by No Oven During Holidays from This range has issues that Whirlpool cannot fix. The oven stopped working the first time we used it after about an hours use. Gave the F1E1 error. There were many other issues on this brand new appliance. The metal near the control panel got hot and that could hurt someone. The burners pulsed on and off and it was not great at heating evenly on the stovetop. It came with blue film stickers that took hours to remove, so make sure the store and installers remove all packaging for you. Whirlpool support was closed on weekends, had long wait times to speak to customer service and then couldn't send someone out for more than 2 weeks. Then they said the part was on back order, so they don't even know when they could fix. Fortunately the store was able to replace with different appliance.

Were on our 2nd stove replacement and it also has LCD issues, the whole top control panel is warped around stainless steel opening and doesnt have a seal around the lcd panel which causes a gap for anything to overflow under the stainless steel. Also, the plastic around the sides of the stove is now starting to just splinter in two causing more seal issues. We have a call order for a part replacement for the lcd screen since we got the 2nd stove because it also came defective and we were told a new one couldn't be sent and we would have do warranty repair. 2 months later still waiting for part. i would not buy this stove, seems like all the positive reviews are influencers that were given free stoves, hard to give a honest review when the product was free.

I love the air cooking technology so much and was thrilled to install this during our kitchen renovation. The process of switching to a new stove was seamless too. The No Preheat air fry mode makes my food so crispy and delicious! My old oven didn’t have convection and I don’t see myself ever going back, it’s truly a game changer. I like how easy the range is to clean, as there are no heating coils to get in the way. Talk about an upgrade! The radiant elements really do boil so much faster than my old stove. Our weekly spaghetti night is even easier now! I have always been a fan of Whirlpool appliances, and I’m so happy to use this smart range every day!!

Biggest problem is there was blue tape that had permanently glued itself to the control panel that had to be removed by a hair dryer and LOTS of elbow grease. Took more than 3 hours to remove. Not sure but I think the range sat in a hot warehouse too long and the blue became part of the range.

Poor owners manual, instructions don't match photo of the panel on that manual, unable to get SETTINGS as Front Control Electric Range Control Guide referrers to and neither live chat nor phone call to Costumers Service resolved the issue. Live chat kept referring to Control Guide manual, as robot would, another word waisted 45 minutes, telephone call referred me to WI-FI where I will find the settings, which I did not. Bluetooth does not recognize the range, either range or instructions are bad. Stuck on Celsius, won't change. website/Bluetooth. Defective range or bad instructions, opted out for a service call.

Rated 3 out of 5 by naplesteven from Wifi is helpful Nice looking unit and seems to be working as designed but I don't like that the control buttons are so difficult to get to register. The oven temperature adjustment has to be in 25 degree increments and cannot be adjusted once oven is started. I need to shut off and restart if I was to turn the temp up or down. Although it does preheat quickly and will send a notification to your phone which is helpful. I would not buy this again or any model site unseen going just by website description.

Rated 3 out of 5 by tc88rider from Disappointing start Purchased this range on 2/17/26. Used the oven twice, then used the steam clean feature. The oven made a pop sound, the 50A circuit breaker tripped, and the oven shut down. After resetting the circuit breaker tried to use the oven but it didn't turn on and a FEE6 error code displayed. A factory service tech came out and diagnosed that a component had to be replaced. The customer service folks were very helpful and the technician seemed competent. Part is now on order and oven is inoperable. Quite disappointing for a brand new appliance to fail like this. The oven that was replaced was 20 years old and worked perfectly. The only reason we replaced it was because it was old and we wanted a new and modern appliance.
