Rated 4 out of 5 by Sean44 from Better than Customer Service The cooktop under review has just been recently installed. Just two dinners and several cups of tea have been the output to date. I have hopes that the cooktop performs better than the Whirlpool Customer Service Department. Having placed the order for the 24 inch cooktop on-line, and receiving notifications that the unit was not only backordered, but a re-stock date could only be described as infinity. With renovations scheduled, new kitchen cabinets due for delivery, numerous calls to Customer Service were made to inquire on the ordered unit. Each of the phone calls ended the same. Which would be holding for the next available customer service representative for well over a half hour, and being told how important my call was innumerable times, but none ever answered the calls.The only thing this cooktop was capable of producing was frustration. Yes, I have high hopes for this cooktop, but then, the Whirlpool Customer Service set the bar so low. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Julia from Very happy with my cooktop In adding new granite to my kitchen island, I was forced to downsize my cooktop to 24” from 30”. I can still use the same amount/size of pans as before and am very happy overall with the evenness of the heat and size of burners. Cooktops are not always easy to clean, but this one is no more difficult than my other Dacor. I would recommend it.
