Rated 1 out of 5 by Bird from TRASH not worth it. I purchased the Black stainless let, gas range, dishwasher, and fridge. We've replaced every single knob on the range 3 times. We've replaced the lower rack wheels of the dishwasher twice, and We've only owned the set since 2021. 3 Yrs. I even wrapped the knobs stems with zipties. It still didn't work. Once we MAHA take down big pharma, we are coming for you appliance makers. Imagine my surprise when I rcvd my new knobs and they are the same old crappy knobs with no updating for the trash that they have been and apparently will never be better. Once again, your price is outrageous.

I was really excited to replace the original knobs with these beautiful stainless steel knobs. These knobs are just slightly too small. They look like they should fit, but don't quite slide on the post. I am so disappointed! The knobs are heavy and beautiful, they just don't fit. Whirlpool, what gives?

These appliances are not made to last. The control panel and the knobs have not held up for even the first year. The finish on the control panel is horrible and I'm already on my second set of knobs.

I have been trying to talk to a representative for a 2nd time and been on hold. I will refuse charges on my credit card.

It is a high quality knob but it does not fit my gas cooktop not does it match the ones I have . I have spent close to 90 minutes trying to get this product returned . I have a received a return # but no return label or info on the return label so fedex can pick this product up .
