Rated 1 out of 5 by Kathy17 from Damaged product and poor customer care Awful product & customer care. Bought a new refrigerator in early January, tried to plug it in a few days later. The seal on the door was damaged. A gap big enough to fit a finger between it. Trying to get in touch with a live person to talk to was nearly impossible. After several attempts and many hours, I was told I could make a service call (for which I would have been charged for) and then charged to replace the seal that was damaged when I bought it. Zero help or accountability, they just want to charge more after spending more than a $1,000 on a refrigerator that I still can not even plug in or use. Very dissatisfied and will not purchase Whirlpool products again.

I wish we had more space for a larger, freezer-bottom or side by side unit, but this is fine for now. Something that could be improved is the option of shelves that aren't wire racks. The majority of the rack space is wire and it's difficult to keep certain things upright, such as small-medium bottles. Also, it needs more channel options for choice of rack height, especially in the freezer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by 91y old,no refrigerator from Very very bad, Extremely poor I this was a government program my mom is 91yr old and low income it was given to her for energy savings. I wish we did not. The refrigerator compressor and the starter broke in a month, the tapes are still on the glass that’s how new it is and now we have been waiting for parts for over a month. We were told it will take 2 weeks and once it passes that we had to borrow a refrigerator from a friend till this gets fixed. Don’t be fooled with advertisements they do not answer calls nor do they tend to their clients needs. Bad product Bad customer service

First the the spacing between the wire shelf’s is too wide and water bottles, condiments etc. constantly tip over. Drives me crazy. Terrible design. Second is that you don’t have any control over temperature settings. Although it seems to be cold enough I like my milk very cold and wish I could adjust it up a little. I realize that this is a lower end affordable refrigerator but someone who has probably never used a kitchen must’ve designed this fridge.

Once I got to the right person they took care of the replacement but I lost a lot of food in the one that went out.
