Rated 3 out of 5 by Issues from Problems Store delivered floor model as there was a wait for one in stock. My mistake agreeing to that. Door and freezer drawer front need to be replaced due to noticeable dings. Shelves scratch easily. There are other scuff marks inside making it feel used. The vegetable drawers jerk not slide. Ice maker so loud had to install a mat to buff noise when cubes fall into bin. Bar on ice maker drops so low you cannot open freezer drawer. The plastic arch above water dispenser falls off. The large frig doors are uneven. This is just in the first month. Its a Big investment to have these multiple issues. Would like to return it. Would not buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cindy from I bout the refrigerator 2 months ago, and it was delivered 1 month ago. Soon after, it started make a noise similar to that of a helicopter when it kicked on. I spent one of my days off awaiting the visit of a repairman, thinking it would be fixed. Instead, my wasted day turned into a 5 minute visit from the repairman who promised a return (another wasted day) after the part was ordered and delivered to complete the fix. It is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to spend that much money on something new and have this much trouble. I would expect this trouble out of a cheaper brand or older model, but had a higher expectation from Whirlpool. I guess I was wrong!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Johnsbrewhouse from Never owned a Whirlpool The water dispenser needs to be in a better place, why inside behind the door baffles me. You open the door just to get water, letting the cool air out. This can't be energy efficient. The top freezer drawer is not on drawer slides, just sits in a grove and moves hard when full. There is the issue with the pex water hose inside behind the vegetable drawer as well, why don't you send a plug for the connector so that this can be eliminated from the interior when not used, The refrigerator is spacious and lighting is great. We'll see how it lasts and if any issues show up. The last refrigerator last 16+ years without any problem, but wasn't a Whirlpool.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Belinda from Runs and Runs and Runs and Runs and......... This fridge never stops running. It is extremely loud as well. I called support but was immediately told that this is how refrigerators are now made and she told me that my electric bill will not go up from the constant running. We shall see!! Also the shelves do not go to the entire back of the refrigerator. There is a huge gap and things fall down through. And for the life of me, I don't understand why the left door is smaller than the right door. Where the doors meet is not centered. Makes no sense and looks a bit odd. I had high hopes after having LG and Samsung appliances. Not sure I would buy this brand again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Beanmom from Poor craftsmanship The fridge itself is very pretty and I love the interior. However, the craftsmanship is poor. There are pieces of foam that are protruding from different spots of the refrigerator and there are pieces of sharp plastic that were left over during molding or manufacturing. I ended up getting scratched while loading the freezer. The door is a little lower on the right. Whirlpool sent out of tech, and the door is not adjustable as shown in the user manual. The only option is to completely replace the fridge. For the cost of this fridge, you would at least expect the doors to be straight.
