I loved everything about it until it started leaking a lot of water, we pulled it out checked the water line (which was not leaking) and found that the pan at the bottom of the unit was overflowing. The warranty repair company came and told us they might not be able to find the leak, it is somewhere in the drain system. We have to surround the unit with towels to keep the water from going under our cabinets, which is not a great look in our beautiful kitchen. Very unhappy with this refrigerator and cannot recommend it to others until Whirlpool can fix this design flaw.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Love the design and layout of the refrigerator We bought this fridge in June and it was configured exactly the way I wanted a new fridge. However, I am a little disappointed that after only 4 months that we've already needed a new condenser fan on the ice maker and the seal on the freezer drawer was not sealing properly and needed to be adjusted. I know these items are covered under warranty and that hiccups occur, but I feel a better quality control process could have eliminated these issues. Overall I love my refrigerator and can look past these issues provided they don't snowball, especially when the warranty expires.

Rated 1 out of 5 by lost faith in company from 18 months and dead fridge that does not cool is useless. Ive been 9 days with no fridge or freezer. Horrible dealer response, 6 days to get someone to look at it, after 10 minutes and a half day off of work, can't fix it that day. another 2 days waiting for warranty response another company dispatched in a week to look for a "closed system leak" don't know where it is or how long it may take to track it down. at this point it should be replaced. I think it is more of my dealer than company, but company hasn't authorized to replace it a dispatched a different company to look at it. I'd stay away from this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Design flaw We have had this fridge for a little more than a year. Soon after we started using it we noticed the water/ice dispenser leaking water. We called for a repair and they replaced a part but it didn't fix the problem so we called again. The repair man looked at it but couldn't find the problem so he called Whirlpool and they said it was user error, that we had the door open too long so the ice was melting and leaking. I can assure you this is not true as the most water leaks in the morning when it hasn't been opened all night. But they said there's nothing they can do and we can no longer call for that problem anymore. My husband and I are convinced it is a design flaw, that's what happens when you store ice in the fridge and not the freezer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mll711 from Loved it for the first 3 months However, at under 4 months, I have water dripping from two spots in the ice maker area, water dripping out the dispenser, and ice that appears to have either thawed and refrozen or had water leaked onto it (my personal guess). I'm not completely conviced the refrigerator is cooling to the set temperature but purchased a thermometer today to determine if that is indeed the case. I should not have to use towels in a 4 month old refrigerator to keep my food from getting wet. And scheduling service is an absolute nightmare.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DeWZ from Worst fridge and worst service ever! Bought this in Canada and literally 1-2 months before 1 year mark had issues started, then LED lights intermittently didn’t work. Progressed to not dispensing Ice then water. Eventually determined leaking water had called service. Repair individual hooked up machine to read error codes. Didn’t check into issues. New left door installed. Had service back twice months and months waiting and still not fixed. Didn’t fix the corroded wires. Food continues to spoil. Cannot get service to come back. Worst fridge and worst service ever!
