I miss the 2 pullouts for soda cans/beer that my other one had. The temp is set at 4 and is fantastic. There is a very high pressure that occurs b/t opening the freezer for ice and then trying to open the box for item. The door is impossible to open Have to wait up to 30 seconds for the suction to release. I am used to it now and know to not to let the freezer drawer close completely before opening the door..but people new to the frig have trouble. Can this be regulated somehow.? As I age and my strength wanes, I may have a real problem

Rated 2 out of 5 by max1 from Poor door design and rough edges on internal parts The design of this refrigerator needs to be updated! The handles project out from a already deep design by 2 and 1/8 inches. I had the door reversed and now have two ugly 1/2 inch black bolt heads on the from of the door. If you put recessed pulls on each edge of the door you could eliminate the handles and the ugly black bolt heads. I now have 3 unfinished screws from where the top hinge of the door was reversed. I see nice white holes on a black refrigerator. The temperature control should have digital read out of what the freezer and main box temperatures are. The setting you give me have no relevance to what the actual temperature is in the boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Suk K. from Happy with my new fridge! Actually, I didn't need a new fridge since my top-freezer GE runs fine. But I wanted to have the fridge on the top, without french door. This unit is well lighted and the top is spacious. I also love glass shelves and easy to adjustable and sturdy door shelves. Some reviewers says they miss a butter keeper on the door but I'm fine without it. Oh, I wish the freezer drawers has a solid bottom. In fact, I almost passed this unit because of that. But after all, this Whirlpool was the winner over all other brands. I can't say it's very quite refrigerator but not that loud either. No complains for that. A fridge is a fridge. I'm happy with my new fridge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mega from My mistake. I’ve been looking for a new refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom for a while. I saw this on line and it was the right height for to fit in my kitchen. Unfortunately, the store only had it in their warehouse so I didn’t see it until it was delivered. The main complaint is with the freezer. The ice cube tray takes up to half of the top shelf and it is very difficult to get the lever that is used to get ice cubes. There are 2 crisper drawers. You have to be very careful when you pull them out to get something, because there is nothing that really stops them from being pulled out. Lesson learned—don’t buy a refrigerator unless you can see in person.

We shopped around and found this unit that was just right, not to mention its a beautiful addition to our kitchen. My wife and I both love the full length deli drawer and large door storage capacity. The optional icemaker installed without a hitch and was making ice within 4 hours of plugging in the fridge/freezer. The recommended settings are all you'll need to keep all your food nice and fresh/frozen. I would highly recommend this combo to anyone who is limited on space and wants a top qaulity product without breaking the bank.

It is a beautiful and sleek fridge that keeps everything nice and cold. The ice production is very good. We were limited as to what we could fit in our smaller kitchen and this was perfect, or so we thought...The first issue was the the tubing for the water line was not installed properly and it would leak. Luckily my husband and the delivery guy figured out what the problem was and they were able to fix it on their own. The other, more annoying issue is that it is SO LOUD when it cycles through. It is not 24/7, but it occurs quite often. So if it were QUIETER, it would have been 5 stars for me...
