Rated 1 out of 5 by Sadder but wiser from Be careful... We purchased this product just three months ago and have had problems with it ever since. The top rack tabs do not stay on the ends of the rack. Despite it being replaced by a service provider, the tabs fell off again. To make matters worse, the service department has been less than helpful-sending repairmen to the wrong address, providing conflicting advice, and frankly being rude. I strongly recommend that you reconsider the purchase of this product. If you do be prepared for long waits on the phone with some phone staff who are confused and unhelpful. Given the opportunity to chose a dishwasher company again, I would not chose Whirlpool.

After reading the manual again, I tired adding the "drying agent" (or Finish) and now the dishes are dry! Our old Whirlpool machine would dry everything, every time without this added step/expense. Our old Whirlpool also had a two hour delay function to go along with the four hour. In our house hold we would use the two hour the most as the four hour would be just getting done as we are waking up in the morning. Can't see why they wouldn't give us the option on this machine as well and couldn't see spending more for the two hour delay. So for these reason, I deducted two stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Vwdave from Good value and quality in a minimalist machine We replaced our expensive GE dishwasher that had a lot of bells and whistles with this much less expensive machine when the circuit board on the GE model went bad after less than 18 months of once or twice a week use. Repair would have cost almost $300 so we took the advice of the technician who made the service call and went for the simple Whirlpool design with a much better track record for repair. The only added feature I wanted was the ability to do a delayed wash and this model fit the bill. Installation was simple and it operates quietly. At least I know this one is running. With the expensive GE, I needed a stethoscope to tell whether or not it was on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Monica_Marie from Disappointing We bought this dishwasher bc we wanted one that was reliable but inexpensive to replace our cheap but long lasting old one. And while I'm pleased with the way it looks, that's really the only redeeming feature. The shelves don't seem to stay in place well when opening and closing, on the cheap side I get it, but shouldn't come off track so easily. And while the wash portion is ok (about as expected) as well as the noise level- the drying process is pitiful. After is literally soaking wet two days later. Rinse and, something I've never had to use before, seems to help a bit but I truly don't understand the lack of basic drying ability. And yes, I use the heat dry, hot temp settings. Still might return, I expected better Whirlpool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ratfur from great for rental property It works well and there were no water spots on dishes. I rent from my sister, so it is installed in my place. Not to crazy about the silverware rack being inside the dish rack area, cause it take up space. It is really quiet compared to my old one which had quiet printed on the front. The features are fine, don't really need all the extra stuff some models have. Only problem I had was filling the rinser. Maybe I didn't have the front all the way open, cause it does not lay flat unless you push it all the way down. All in all I am happy with the job it does and the price I paid. The installer fixed my garbage disposal also, so that was a plus. I'm glad I didn't install it myself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by purchaser4828 from Whirlpool dishwasher disappointed I purchased this dishwasher July 1, 2020. The plastic end on the upper track fell off almost immediately. I was able to put it back on three times. But has come off again. It is very frustrating because the upper basket on that side constantly falls off the track. For some reason it has become harder to put the plastic end back on the track to keep the basket wheel from continuously falling off the track. Also the dishwasher and baskets are extremely low; to low. When the dishwasher door is open it appears to be about 5 inches from the floor. Which makes it very difficult for a senior citizen with a bad back to put items on the bottom rack.
