No Manual
I downloaded the manuals for my new Whirlpool dishwasher and new Whirlpool refrigerator without trouble. The oven manual is a different story. The document labelled “Owners Manual” has instructions for cleaning and installation. Those same installation instructions are in the “installation” document. There is a quick start instruction sheet — in Spanish only.
A very long call to Whirlpool resulted in conversations with two people who tried to help but kept saying “This is all we have”. I think someone in charge of Manuals thought that the Owners Manual had been completed because of a bad title of some installation instructions.

Whirlpool double ovens
These ovens are amazing!! I love them, the space is large the lights inside are like something I have never seen before in a oven. The are almost like run way lights.Every bit of the oven lights up, there is no dark space any where in it. Every inch of the oven is lit up so every dish you are cooking is visible . I love them and would recommend them to anyone

Love This Oven
This is a great oven. I knocked off one star because of the manual. It’s not immediately apparent how to turn it off! It says to press the “cancel button”, but no buttons are marked this way. When I looked on the Best Buy website, lots of people had the same issue. All you need to do is either say “power button”, or show a picture of what you are calling the “cancel” button.

Great oven!
My old oven died and this is a replacement. It was an easy install, works great! I am still learning some of the many features. I was quite pleased when I realized that both ovens are convection. I would highly recommend it to others.

Touchscreen is AWFUL
I’m not sure how an oven that costs almost $3,000 makes it all the way through research and development without knowing that steam can modify the touchscreen settings. When cooking anything in the top oven if you open the oven the steam from the oven will turn the oven off, change the temperature, remove the timer. It’s almost like you would have to try to develop something this poorly. Also, if you want to know if the oven is off good luck. This design had to built by a intern product owner with no experience because it’s the only acceptable answer to how bad this oven is.

Nice features, but
We had this oven installed in MAY AND have had trouble since getting it working correctly. It does not heat to temperature and it’s very difficult to bake things that are sensitive to temperature. We have finally gotten the top oven within a reasonable range, however, we still are not getting results from the company on fixing the bottom oven.

Very noisy oven
Bought this double wall oven to replace an 18 year old KitchenAid which was beginning to not heat properly. Wanted a KitchenAid, but supply was non-existant and would have to wait 4 months to get one. The Whirlpool oven did not work from the minute it was installed, the upper fan would not work, thus the whole oven would not work. Had to be really persistant with RC Willey to get someone out to work on a newly installed oven. They got an appliance repair company guy out in 2 days, who looked at it, knew what the problem was and would order a new part. Had to wait another 7 days for the replacement fan install. When installed the oven worked, but we discovered later when you bake something over 400 for a while, the fan kicks in and there is a very loud noise like the fan is hitting some metal. Called technician, who came out 7 days later and could not duplicate the problem. All he did was run diagnostics and make the fan run at 'high' speed. We have duplicated the problem and going to ask the technician to come out again. Be nice if Whirlpool contacted us about this problem.

We just remodeled the kitchen and I have always wanted a double oven and this does not disappoint! I love the smart app that I can use to preheat oven before I get home. The self cleaning works well too.

Doesn't work and can't be fixed
I have had this oven for one year. It has never worked right despite numerous calls to Whirlpool and two different repair services. Still doesn't work and is unusable.

The oven functions great.
Bought this oven several months ago. The only issue is that the electronic clock resets itself from time to time. The clock has done this on the internet and of the internet. The oven we like.

Nice oven; whirlpool support not good
The oven works fine but the wifi went out after an update. I called Whirlpool and they said someone would call me back within a couple of weeks. It is almost 2 months later and no return call. I still haven’t called them back because I have to call while I am at home and when I get home from work they are closed. The WiFi is a nice feature but not necessary. I paid a lot for this oven so I expect all features to work.

Love it!!!
I have had it almost a month. This is the absolute best oven I have owned in a long time. Does everything it promises. Utilize the frozen to cook option for all Frozen Food especially Pizza. The temperature is correct. Hasn’t been off yet. Best baking oven I have ever used. Everything has turned out fantastic. Being able to start, stop and control it from my phone is great.Other people have complained on how loud the fan is. I do not see where their complaints are founded. It is very quiet to me and my husband. You have a winner with this one.

Had an older Whirlpool model so this one is a marketable improvement. Nice looking, spacious, both ovens are convective, and the wifi app is pretty convenient. Just wish the ovens had a gliding rack and food temperature probes...then this would be the perfect oven!

Best Oven Ever
We installed this oven ourselves about a month ago and I have been absolutely pleased with the oven’s performance, design, and functionality. It looks nice and has a sleek, seamless display that is simple to use. The WiFi connectivity is great- I love being able to control the oven via my phone and use the Yummly app. Both ovens are spacious with easy to manipulate racks. Overall, I am so happy with this purchase. This is the best oven I have ever had

Simple to use
We replaced our 25 year old GE Monogram oven as the control panel failed. We are very happy with our new Whirlpool oven; it is simple to use and program. We use the assisted method quite frequently and find that it cooks our food to perfection. The convection feature is extremely quiet. Couldn't be happier after two months of use.

Over sized cavity filler!
Bought this 3 weeks ago and kept getting told the manufacturer kept extending the delivery date. Finally got it delivered and installed and went to cook with it the following day and keep getting error codes when it starts preheating. Now it is somehow stuck in demo mode and will not let me access the settings to change it. It is now Memorial Day and I can't use a $3000 dollar oven that is a day old. I'm beginning to regret my $8000 dollar appliance purchase of Whirlpool appliances.

I never knew a convection oven could be so much fun! It thawed and cooked chicken quicker and better than I ever could. It was moist and tender. Learning is easy and fun at the same time!
