Rated 3 out of 5 by Mel123 from Where's the off button?! I had to replace a double oven that was in a custom cabinet - and this was the only model that would fit, so I didn't have a lot of choice. It is a good looking unit and I have to say I've been extremely happy with how it has performed and the temperature. However, it is VERY challenging to use with the touch screen and there is no on/off button. It is hard to know if you have turned the oven off. I have elderly parents who live with me and I can safely say they will never use the oven as it is too "high tech" and frustrating for them .

Rated 1 out of 5 by kat34 from Still waiting I purchased this double oven wall unit on 2/28 and have yet to received it. I was told by the installer that I needed a bottom trim piece. The seller "Lowes" told me to call a number for Whirlpool and order this part and tell them it is free. Whirlpool sends me a right-side trim and a left-side trim but no bottom trim! It is now 3/24 and I still do not have my new ovens. Whirlpool you need to clean up your phone system by making it user friendly. You also need to explain better to your customers how this "free part" works and to do everything needed in one(!) phone call.
