Rated 5 out of 5 by vjjpp from Love my stove I have had this stove for aboit 6 months. Upon delivery, one of the back burner covers was chipped so the flame was uneven. Also, when using that same burner, the red light letting you know a burner was on didn't work. Whirlpool sent someone right away and it was repaired. Otherwise, there have been no problems. The oven heats very quickly but is a bit noisy as the gas clicks on and off. The repairman said that is their normal sound. I was concerned the rough grates would be difficult to clean, but spills do not stick to them. The area under the grates cleans easily. The flame height is easily adjustable. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought an earlier stainless steel version of this range, along with matching Whirlpool fridge, microwave & dishwasher, a couple of years ago when I remodeled my kitchen. Obviously, the range typically endures the most cleanings of all kitchen appliances, sadly I found out that the "stainless steel" components of this range are not all stainless steel and are actually plastic with a stainless steel finish. I literally wiped of the finish with a paper towel, I was stunned. Customer Service sent me two bot generated emails in response to my communication and ZERO resolution... I will NEVER AGAIN buy a Whirlpool product...

Rated 4 out of 5 by lala209 from Sleek design I bought this range a month ago and am so far happy with it. I love not having the back, it makes for a more spacious look in my kitchen. Everything I've cooked thus far has turned out great. It is a bit difficult to clean the top because the top grate comes off in two large pieces that are very heavy. The top grate and burner covers are made of a material that is difficult to wipe off. Also once the timer goes off, it shuts off. Normally a blinking zero or something would signal that it has gone off. So you need to be right there to make sure you know when the timer has gone off. Not a fan of that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Becky73 from Knobs Peeling I purchased the Black Stainless Steel model of this less than 10 months ago. It has only been used for 4 months age due to kitchen remodel. All four of the knobs the finish is peeling. Contacted Whirlpool today to learn that it is a "cosmetic issue" and that it is only covered by warranty for 30 days (how convenient). This is unacceptable. DO NOT purchase this item!!! Whirlpool has a ton of complaints about this and has done nothing to fix it. So so very disappointed.

We purchased this range along with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher through Karl’s in August being told we’d get it within one month. Whirlpools estimated deliver for each product wasn’t accurate, especially this range. As of November 30th, the estimated ship date for this range pushed back again. I’ve lost track how many times now. We are now told the earliest is the first week of January, 2021, after expecting to receive it in September, 2020. We having been living in our new construction home for months now without a range, hoping to get this one that matches the rest of our appliances. It is clear now buying through whirlpool was a giant mistake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PattyPSQ from Love the look! We needed a special sized range for our old kitchen & that’s why I chose this model. It works well but here’s a couple of comments. The grates are VERY heavy & it’s hard for me to clean up the stove at times. Also, the bottom drawers is very cheaply made and does not close properly without some shifting. I do love the sleekness of the design and how the controls are on top rather than the front of the stove. Also, it would be nice to choose a louder “alert” tune for timer, etc. Cannot hear it unless I’m in the kitchen.
