Rated 1 out of 5 by Spring from NOPE! The first one came and the door gasket was not attached. Upon further investigation I noticed that the door didn't have corresponding holes for the clips on the gasket to attach. The second one came and the first time we used it the glass top delaminated and bubbles appeared under the cooking surface. I put a thermometer inside the range and set it to 400 degrees. It got to around 380 and the temperature bounced around between 360 and 380. The top also scratches very easily. Keep in mind this all happened the first time we used it. We sent this one back as well. I absolutely do not recommend this appliance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jean P. from Poor quality I bought this oven a couple of weeks ago to replace my exact same whirlpool electric oven that I have had for over 15 years with no problems other than normal wear and tear. As soon as the new one was installed I noticed that the quality was not the same as the one that was replaced.The plastic knobs are flimsy, the oven shelves are much lighter… everything seems cheap. The drawer underneath is half the size of my old oven. The metal walls of the oven and the door sound hollow like there's no insulation at all. Don't order an oven online like I did...check it out in person. I'm very nervous that this oven is not going to last long!

Manual says it’s provided at no charge. Corporate policy was to charge $150 for the item. I disputed and spoke to several areas of customer service, parts department and each area transferred me to someone else. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes. Whole time on phone well over 2 hours. The supervisor Mary’s first words out of her mouth were “Sir, you will have to pay for the part”. Not a good way to address a customer that just paid over $8000 for 5 appliances. I eventually got the part, as the manual stated, at no cost. Oven rating 10, customer service rating 2.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jonb9102 from Worst oven/stove top I've ever owned or used! This appliance came with a new construction home we purchased. This is by far the worst oven/stove top I have ever used or owned! When I put a burner on HIGH, I was it to stay on high. Not cycle on and off. How can you sear or get a crust on anything when the heat keeps shutting off?! The exact same happens with the broiler. When I want to broil something, I want the element to stay ON. I can't broil a steak so the edges get crispy without cooking the steak until it is well done. There's no way to get a steak medium rare with crispy edges at the same time. This is NOT the way these burners and broiler options should operate on high.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kattal from A major upgrade! Amazing stove! Was looking forward to the upgrade after my old stove broke down and started cooking unevenly. This was a major upgrade! The material it’s made of feels really robust and high quality. The stove top is made of glass and from usage, I can say that it’s very easy to clean of burnt grease, food, and water stains. As for the cooking aspect, it does its job perfectly. It doesn’t take long for the stove to heat up and provides even heating. I’ve been looking forward to baking after getting this new range and I have to say, it works great! Even heat coverage makes my cakes come out great. Would recommend to someone in the market for a new range!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Greg from Could be better So this is a fairly decent stove, but we have some issues with it. The bottom drawer is very flimsy and you have to be careful pulling it in and out. The racks inside the oven didn't fit right and you could hardly pull them in and out! My husband took a rubber mallet and pounded the sides in so they would slide easier. They were literally too wide! It's a very noisy oven. It pops and creaks as it is heating up and cooling down. It also doesn't maintain the temperature that well. The only other thing is we had to mark the nobs because we couldn't tell easy enough where the setting was. They had just a tiny black mark on a black nob.
