The JB Hunt delivery team for today was excellent and they ensured I was happy before leaving. NO dents this time, that makes me happy. Future orders I will ask for the same guys. I will review the appliance in a few weeks after I know everything is good. It looks great and I like the counter depth look in my small kitchen. I also like the fact that the ice maker is in the freezer which has a large capacity. Great for filling coolers with ice for the beach. The door is clean looking with the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. No more slopped up stainless from a door dispenser.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not A Happy Camper from Not impressed This appliance was bought and installed through our regular appliance repair service as a replacement of our older broken microwave. It is definitely more than one step down from the one it replaced. Smaller, dislike the dark interior, and is cheaply made. Buttons are difficult to engage. Not just touch, but press HARD to engage. Door will not stay open. Due to the price we will be grinning and baring it, however, lesson learned. Next time I will not trust a quote, but will need to evaluate in person. I understand that Whirpool makes a higher end model, which may have been closer to the old one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Unhappy from Low end model Bought a few weeks ago, still getting used to it. It doesn't have the ability to turn off the turntable, you have to pull the turntable cog out of the microwave to keep it from turning. Also, there is no way to run the unit without the exhaust fan running. Contacted customer service several times to see if there was some way in the menu to deal with these issues. Never got an actual answer from a person; all I got were canned answers that did NOT address my questions. VERY UNHAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gordon from Highly functional, Quiet, Microwave Oven I bought this unit to replace a 20 year old GE over-range microwave oven. An important feature for me is that the signal buzzer can be silenced with the press of one button. I usually wake up earlier than my wife, so we both appreciate this. So far I have tried manual time/power mode, sensor reheat, and popcorn modes -- all work well. The installation instructions and user manual are both clearly written. Warranty registration was easy. The only features I wish for that is lacking is setting a sequence of operation, for example "wait 10 minutes, 2 minutes on high power, 10 minutes on 20% power". I had this capability on a previous microwave oven and like it. Overall I am very pleased with this microwave oven.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ctull from Good replacement for aging microwave We purchased this microwave for its good price & similar features & button arrangement to the model we were replacing. The instructions on how to use the various features were minimal & I couldn't get the power feature to work. I had to call the store to see if I was missing something or if it was a lemon. It turns out you have to put the power in by percentage, ie. 70 for what we used to put in as just 7. Nowhere in the instructions was that mentioned. Now that I know how to do it, everything seems to work fine except that power option doesn't always come up. The same button is used for "cook time" AND "power." You just press the key a 2nd time to enter the power...but it doesn't always register. So I think that is not a good design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jack from Could've been great I like that it has the express start for 1-3 minutes is good (1-6 would be better). I'd also prefer the inside to have been a lighter color, as the dark gray inside makes it hard to see, even with the 30W incandescent internal light on. Would like to try a E17 base 8-10W LED bulb (70-100W equivalent). The fan gives three options for exhausting, Recirculate, horizontally out the back, or vertically up.
