My favorite feature is the potato feature. No matter the number or size of potatoes, they come out perfectly cooked. Unlike my previous model, which I would just cook potatoes on high power until done, this model automatically uses its own secret temperature and time combination to produce the most wonderfully light and fluffy "baked" potatoes! I also love the defrost feature...it perfectly defrosts meat, chicken, and fish without ever overheating the food...no "partial cooking" ever!! I think this one is a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jilma1 from Love it all I bought this a month ago and love that it matches my black whirlpool fridge (I am in the minority who doesn't love stainless). The blue numbers also match my existing range (sorry, not a whirlpool). All the features and the look is absolutely perfect. However, I will say, I assumed it had the same finish on it that the fridge does and it does not. The fridge has some clear coat or something that just does not show fingermarks. Its quite impressive as you expect black to show every little mark. The microwave does not have that, but nothing a can't fix with a microfiber towel. Otherwise it is absolutely perfection and looks so classy in my kitchen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rangal44 from All around terrible First thing we noticed is that it is severally underpowered compared to our Panasonic countertop. We dealt with that issue up until it decided to spark from underneath making a burn hole about the size of an pencil eraser in the metal vent. We contacted our sales representative and he referred us to deal with Whirlpool directly which as been a mistake up to this point. We unplugged the microwave in fear of it burning our 3 month old house down. The most concerning part about this is we have $8,000 worth of Whirlpool appliances in the house right now. If the are the same quality as this microwave, we have made a serious mistake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lynn76Dbq from Smart looks, many features I was remodeling my kitchen and the old Microwave was purchased in 69!! It was way past time for an upgrade. The white looks great with the Whirlpool gas range. I like the Whirlpool name because I'm getting quality merchandise. It's a challenge to learn how to run it , the cheat sheet enclosed is invaluable help. I am learning. purchased in Feb, installed in March. It is a powerful machine. I would like to know if there is a pause feature, the stove lamp would be more helpful at the front of the stove. Other than that, still learning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Poohkado from Great Match! My kitchen had a complete matching set of Whirlpool appliances that perfectly completed the look of my home. When my over the stove microwave went out I was devastated because I couldn't immediately find a Whirlpool replacement in the same color. After much searching I found it at an awesome price! It slid right in to the same space with minimal effort. The unit has some features I have yet to understand fully, but it functions exactly as it should. The preset cook buttons are right on the money, no burnt popcorn! I only wish the logos matched.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MABDE from Not Thrilled ... Bought this 4 months ago. It has plenty of options to cook and most work. Heats faster with the 30 second button than old microwave. However, a major flaw is the control panel. It scratches everytime I clean it. Had it replaced once thinking it came that way from the store. It didn't ... it's a cheap plastic and even using a soft microcloth produces thousands of tiny scratches that you can see when the light is shining on it. Very unsightly. I'm very unhappy about it. The sound is also ridiculous. It is so low that unless you are standing in the kitchen you cannot hear it. And there is no way to turn it up. Would not purchase again nor recommend.
