Rated 1 out of 5 by Madelyn from Bad Microwave Door Design! Remodeled our kitchen and this was installed two days ago. When the service people left, I went to defrost some bread in the microwave. Problem # 1, I'm 5'1" tall and could not reach into the microwave. The door, which opens from top to bottom, comes to my chin. My armpit is below my chin, making it impossible to reach into the oven! Whose bright idea was it to make the door open top to bottom? Must have been someone who is over 6 ft tall. Sad! So, the service people will have to figure out how to re-install the whole unit without destroying our oak cupboards.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy Dora from Absolutely a MESS !!! Terrible appliance!!! I bought the combination oven and microwave in November 2020. I finally received one July 2021. Neither worked. MULTIPLE (maybe ten?) visits from the applicance store guy ...Is now March 2022. Microwave STILL doesn't work. Had to buy a counter-top version at Walmart! Whirlpool gave us a whopping $150.00 to cover the cost of the microwave in the walll that will never work. We paid over $3,000.00 for the unit and all they cough up is a mere $150.00????? As I said, what a MESS!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by KSC87 from Bit of a learning curve but works well I bought this oven to replace my old whirlpool oven, the oven is wider than my old one which is nice! The touchscreen takes some get getting use too, still not sure I like it but I'll adapt, the only thing I can not find anywhere on here is a product manual for the microwave, you have plenty of information on the oven portion of this but very little info or help on the microwave part. That would be very helpful to us when we are in a learning curve on a new appliance. I purchased the black and it is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Collins from Great look and great features. I ordered this oven microwave combo January 2023, it was finally shipped and installed June 21st 2023. It has very nice features and looks modern. I am using the wifi to start and use both the micro and oven all the time. The setting screen is prone to lots of fingerprints just like a tablet screen so using my cell phone eliminates prints. Otherwise use a microfiber after each use. I find the microwave has a door that opens down which makes it hard to reach the back for cleaning. It's very beautiful and so far works well.

Can't figure out how to change power so not operating at 100% on Microwave....wish all the manuals would have come with the oven/stove...but this new technology lost on an 82 year old....
