Adaptive Wash technology with Active Bloom™ wash action senses the size of each load and then adapts water levels and wash actions, based on the type of load being washed, for optimal cleaning.

Automatic Presoak option

Tackle stains without a trip to the sink with the Automatic Presoak option. Set your washer to soak for 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes, then the washer will add water and detergent for soaking. The cycle will start automatically once soaking is complete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by disappointed from cleans clothes but dispenser leaks. Nice washer gets my clothes clean, large capacity, but auto dispenser for detergent leaks onto my clean clothes, so I have to rewash parts of every load. I did a test and emptied out the washer and there was detergent in the bottom when I went to put in clothes to wash. I am sad I liked that feature but won't be able to use it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris3301 from Don't expect this model to last long My wife and I bought our Whirlpool WTW7120 washer just over 2 years ago after our GE washer of 10+ years stopped working. We have had nothing but problems with this model of Whirlpool. It doesn't clean clothes well and the electronics often have problems concerning the locks after just 2-3 years the drain pump has gone bad and we had to replace other small parts. The large capacity has been its redeeming feature but it doesn't clean the clothes as good as most washers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by 1110Bunny from Disappointed So disappointed with my washing machine WTW7120HW Bought new in March 2021. Just shy of 4 years the control/mother board is toast. It seems to be a issue with this model. Now, my choices are to repair at $100 dollars shy of original cost or buy another machine. Cant find info on the 2-5 year warranty, but I assume it doesn't apply. Also sad because I really liked this machine until now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Andre2020 from Will not turn on and lid is locked Will not turn on, Lid is locked Bought Whirlpool washer and dryer 4 years ago, from HD and have had frequent issues with error messages popping up and stoppages. We were able to restart washer to resolve but, now it does not turn on and the lid is locked with water and clothes inside. I would not recommend this product AT ALL, I choose Whirlpool over Maytag for the feature now I wish I had chosen Maytag for their better warranty. It’s going to cost me nearly $400.00 dollar to repair. I disappointed as I have several other Whirlpool products I have purchase recently, I wish I had gone for a product with a better warranty and more reliability.

I've owned this washer for less than 3 years and it completely shut down. Apparently after troubleshooting the drain pump caused the main board to short out. And whirlpool is wanting to charge as much as I paid for the washer for the replacement parts. Guess I'll try LG next..
