Rated 3 out of 5 by MickMo from Great help I bought this from Lowe's they delivered it, it was installed and it didn't work, my brand new oven has to already have a repair person come out and fix it, 🙃 whirlpool did have someone out in 2 days which was huge but still. Its suppose to have air fry connectivity but no instructions and no online instructions that I could find so I'm a little disappointed yes

I purchased a new house and a package of built-in appliances selected by the builder. I am pleased with the quality and performance of the microwave/oven combination. My only complaint is that the touch screen control panel requires way too many screen flips to make selections. Compared to an inexpensive microwave with a limited selection of predefined controls I have to flip through too many screens just to perform a simple function. Also, there should be a status indicator that affirmatively indicates the bake oven is off. It’s important to know the bake oven is actually turned off, not simply to infer it is off. Also, I set up a user-defined favorite function for test purposes assuming I would be able to delete it. So far, I have not found a way to delete the user-defined favorite. It allows me to edit the favorite, but I haven’t found a way to delete it. Also, when I had WIFI enabled, it would reset the date/time every morning. Very annoying. WIFI is now disabled. I could go on, but you get my point. Technology is supposed to make things simpler and easier not more complicated and difficult. Stick with things you’re good at like making good qualify appliances. Don’t introduce software that is not ready for prime time and actually makes it harder to use your product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by KC in FL from Looks Appealing The time/date function is unreliable; it randomly resets itself and called Customer Service whose troubleshooting did not work. The microwave options/operations are inconvenient when using the oven at the same time. It does heat quickly.
