Terrible Product Bought this machine in December 2011. It worked for one month with occasional error codes. Then F07 code occurred consistently. So far I have had 3 different repair companies come out. The motor was replaced and then the motor board. Now the machine has F06 error codes and literally jumps all over the floor slamming into my sink. Now I am waiting for a wiring harness part and am spending part of each weekend in the laundromat. Five months and counting without a working machine. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. June 3, 2012
Numerous Problems I am now on washer #2 within 6 months, same machine, same problems. Constant F7 error after just 2 loads. F7 typically means the motor cannot spin any more. First washer was serviced 3x in first month. Now on second new machine and continue to have problems. Extremely disappointed with purchase. A washer should be able to do more than 2 loads in a row. Great for small spaces but... Washer seemed great when we first got it. As we started using it there were things that didn't really make any sense. The start button needs to be held down for 10+ seconds for the washer to start. There has been times when the washer appears to have started (lights flash indicating start of cycle) but come back to an unwashed load. A light indicates when cycle is done but you have to turn the knob to the off position. Washer is pretty quiet except for the spin cycle which can be heard over the tv 40 feet away, three rooms over. Purchased with the accompanying dryer but they dont look good together side by side. August 24, 2012
So far very disappointing On our third washer. First two failed the clean washer cycle with Error F-22 right out of the box. Good thing we have a reputable dealer who replaced the failed units. We were replacing our 8 year old previous Whirlpool model (Family of four, two or three loads a day, six days a week). It was made in Italy, good quality. This model is redesigned and made in China. So far very disappointing. If we didn’t need the 24 inch size I would definitely look for something else. November 12, 2012
This product is perfect for small spaces! I have used this model washe for over 2 years in a small condo before I purchased one! It worked great! The only thing that I would change is the locking/start mechanism. For some reason the clothes would have to be positioned in a way were they weren't touching the door AT ALL or the thing would lock then unlock and not start. Other than that its a great machine! Perfect for a motorhome Replaced my Splendide combo unit. This is a much better way to keep up with the laundry, especially if you spend a lot of time in the motorhome. Can even do the dogs' blankets, which I had to take to the laundromat in the past. I am very pleased with the washer (and dryer). October 23, 2011
This machine is very quiet We had another brand of front louder before this and it was very noisey and very loud when it when into the spin mode, it sounded like a jet plane was flying through the house. We purchased a whirlpool and most of the time you don't realize it's even on. February 14, 2013
Purchased this six months back. Have had numerous problems. Piece of a junk. Do not buy this, even if free. This machine has malfunctioned several times since we purchased it about six months back. There are only two of us in our houself. We do not use the washer often and yet it does not function properly. Piece of a junk May 7, 2013
