Rated 1 out of 5 by Tarky70 Product is externally flimsy. Very little flexibility in controls
Product is externally flimsy. Door is not very substantial. Controls offer little flexibility in controlling how and what cycles are run. If you wish to add something to a load it takes a couple of minutes for the machine to allow you to open the door. Sometimes you have yo start the cycle from the beginning. On one occasion the washer stopped completely and displayed an error code. Unfortunately there are no error codes listed in the instruction manual. In general if I had it yo do over again I would not buy this product. The same can be said for its companion electric dryer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by washerproblems Numerous Problems
I am now on washer #2 within 6 months, same machine, same problems. Constant F7 error after just 2 loads. F7 typically means the motor cannot spin any more. First washer was serviced 3x in first month. Now on second new machine and continue to have problems.
Extremely disappointed with purchase. A washer should be able to do more than 2 loads in a row.

We have this unit installed in our 5th wheel. It does a great job cleaning clothes and is easy to operate. Highly recommend this product for anyone with space limitations.

The machine design and features are good. Just the washer I'm looking for. But then what! My brand new machine just DID NOT RUN! WON'T EVER BUY Whirlpool again. Such broken system. What QC process is this!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by LoMo Ease of use could be better...
Over all I gave the machine an average rating. While it seemingly washes just fine, the ease of use is not so fine. You have to hold the start button for several seconds and/or push it several times to get the machine to start. If you have finished a load and want to start another, you have to turn the cycle dial to off and turn it back to your cycle choice before the machine will start....even if it's for the same exact cycle as the previous load. If you need to pause or stop a cycle for any reason the whole process takes several minutes which is not so convenient if you just need to throw something in that you forgot etc.

Rated 3 out of 5 by washarama Great for small spaces but...
Washer seemed great when we first got it. As we started using it there were things that didn't really make any sense. The start button needs to be held down for 10+ seconds for the washer to start. There has been times when the washer appears to have started (lights flash indicating start of cycle) but come back to an unwashed load. A light indicates when cycle is done but you have to turn the knob to the off position. Washer is pretty quiet except for the spin cycle which can be heard over the tv 40 feet away, three rooms over. Purchased with the accompanying dryer but they dont look good together side by side.

My family lives in a condo, in terms of space wise we do not have too many choices of washer/dryer.
Whirpool probably is the only kind we can buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jimmyz Seems small but good capacity
This was my first front load washer and it seemed small compared to a conventional top load washer. I was pleasantly surprised that although a snug fit, the loads fit and certainly seem to clean effectively. My unit seems to have a small leak that makes a little puddle during its washing cycle but the unit is in the garage and is not a problem...I checked outside hoses and the problem appears to be under cover. Does a great job wringing out moisture prior to loading into dryer so all in all very efficient.

Rated 1 out of 5 by John00035 So far very disappointing
On our third washer. First two failed the clean washer cycle with Error F-22 right out of the box. Good thing we have a reputable dealer who replaced the failed units. We were replacing our 8 year old previous Whirlpool model (Family of four, two or three loads a day, six days a week). It was made in Italy, good quality. This model is redesigned and made in China. So far very disappointing. If we didn’t need the 24 inch size I would definitely look for something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by boardumbfilms Perfect for Small Spaces
I purchsed this item to replace a stackable Kenmore unitl from 1999. The unit is vast improvement over my old washer/dryer and it's refreshing that I can do four loads of laundry within 4 hours rather than 8 hours. My only down fall with the new unit deals with the size of the washer just doesn't seem to be big enough to do a full load of clothes. Overrall this unit meets all of my needs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Max305 This product has improved from the previous model.
We've had this product for several months and it has worked fine. A bit loud but that's because of the high efficiency spinning. You need to clean the washer because water rests in the door.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TexasLonghorn25 This product is good but had a little trouble with it at first but Whirlpool got everything fixed without delay.
The pump had to be replaced after only three washes but Whirlpool really jumped on things and got my washer fixed. I would certainly buy Whirlpool again becausee they stood behind their product without batting an eye. Customer service was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mudgirl67 Great performance
I recently purchased this washer for my camper. I have never used a front loader washing machine before, so I was very pleased when I started using it. I was worried it would be loud, but to my surprise it was quiet. I would recommend this washer for anyone who is looking for a small but powerful washer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by canbpowell Lots of wash options
I appreciate the ability to choose from so many settings, such as prewash, wrinkle release, delayed wash, etc. The detergent, bleach & softner dispensers are so convenient! And I love being able to read the "time remaining" display from across the room.

This washer delivered as far as small enough to fit in a tight laundry room but able to handle real washes and loads, so far so good!

Pushing the on button for 3 seconds and sometimes it doesn't start, sometimes it does. I have spent 5 minutes just starting it several times now. It's irritating as all get out!!!! other than that -i love it

I would not recommend this appliance. It is expensive and is not reliable. Major repairs required after 2 years and again after another year. This appliance is off the charts bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by dlmr604 Easy to use, great features
My favourite feature of this washer is that you can set a delay so that you can throw a load in before you go to work and when you arrive home is it just finishing and you can toss it in the dryer. It is small enough to fit into a tight space and had full load capacity.
It also has a number of wash cycles, including quick wash and gentle. Additionally, there is a timer that shows you how many minutes are left in the cycle.
My only disappointment is that it is set to warm automatically for each load and you have to remember to put it to cold each and every time.
Otherwise, great value for the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SeniorRVer This product is great!
My motorhome came with another brand washer in it which broke after 4 loads. I have had all Whirlpool appliances in my home for approximately 41 years so when Tiffin asked me which I wanted to replace it with there was no question. My Whirlpool washer is wonderful, simple to use without having to get out the manual for every load, and it does a great job. I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cecil This machine is very quiet
We had another brand of front louder before this and it was very noisey and very loud when it when into the spin mode, it sounded like a jet plane was flying through the house. We purchased a whirlpool and most of the time you don't realize it's even on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by condoliving27 Great features, perfect for a condo or apartment
I have to admit, I was concerned about purchasing this product due to negative reviews in previous posts. This unit does its job, and coming from a stackable washer/dryer from the 1990s, this unit does a great job of cleaning my clothes and spinning the items almost dry before I place them in the dryer. The only problem with the washer was a F22 code when using the Clean Washer Cycle (no, there are no clothes in the washer), and I intend to call Whirlpool about this problem.
I would recommend this washer for anyone who has a small laundry space. Though small, this washer incorporates design features seen on more expensive models.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Trace1122 This product has some great features, such as the delay wash cycle
Within the first 30 days of purchase, I attempted to use the clean machine cycle three times, as recommended and received an error message. Needless to say I am disappointed that I have to have it repaired already. I did find that because of its smaller size that it was more expensive than larger models with like features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by HSue55 This product is a reasonable option for use in an RV or any small home.
The stack-able washer and dryer pair we purchased are a wonderful addition to our full time RV experience. The lack of an end of cycle buzzer on the washer is my main criticism and disappointment I have to set a timer so I don't forget to move the wash load into the dryer. I am pleased that the spin cycle does a great job of removing as much water as possible, shortening dry time. I am disappointed that the matching dryer lacks a low heat option.
