Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very satisfied. Great for the price I paid. We upgraded from a rather old Whirlpool. Have had it for a few days now and am very satisfied with the performance. Quiet, cleans great, everything comes out spotless and dry and has great features. So far have been using the sensor clean option. Works perfectly. The build isn't as solid as our old Whirlpool, that is why I gave it a 3 for Quality. Some other models are quieter than this, but I have no issues with the noise level. It's plenty quiet for me. I got mine from hhgregg for a great price, and their service was very good too. Bought in the evening, and it was in my kitchen the next morning at 8:00! So far very satisfied with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet, Sturdy, Efficient We bought two of these for a house of 13 men (Catholic religious community) they are much quieter and clean better than their predecessors. The trade off for low noise and low water usages seems to be very long cycles, but this is not a problem. I was skeptical about the utensil basket on the door rather than on the bottom rack, but it cleans very well and leaves more room on the lower rack. We had to remove the covers for the utensil baskets because our flatware did not fit through the holes, so we have to be a bit more careful about keeping the spoons from nesting together, but overall we are very satisfied with these dishwashers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Product Review We bought our dishwasher 6 months ago. Truly believe it has cut down on the number of loads thanks to the great deaign allowing more dishes to fit in. Also believe it has cut our energy bill. On occasion we noticed a few plates not coming completely clean and we need to take a rag over them and re-wash, which is the only negative I have. These are dishes we even rinsed before loading. My husband even ensured the filter was clean so I'm not sure what causes it. Again, it has only happened 3 times and otherwise we have been happy with the dishwasher.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really dislike the utensil basket. +I think this dishwasher looks great and seems to do a good job cleaning. It is less noisy than my previous dishwasher but still a little loud. My only serious complaint is the silverware basket. I find it totally unusable on the door, so I hook it onto the lower rack when loading and then switch it to the door for washing. My silverware doesn't fit in a lot of the slots, a smaller number of slots are bigger and those do work. When I have several spatulas, tongs, beaters, etc., they won't all fit in the very narrow open space. I dislike using my upper rack for utensils, but I have to a lot of the time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low quality product with lots of problems After the first month the diswasher started to leak. Kitchen hardwood and a rug were wet. A service technicial told that the polymer frame/tube is a little bent and straightened it. The diswasher worked fine for 3 days and started to leak again. Heat cycling (during normal diswashing) caused the frame bent again, now from another corner. The same service technician came in and changed a door gasket and a door lock. After that I haven't seen leaks any more. Then the door became really creaky. I put a vegetable oil drop to both hinges and the creaky sound dissapeared but the door became really floppy. Like there was no spring force at all. The lowest quality diswasher I've seen so far.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great looking, but doesn't clean well My first Whirlpool dishwasher was 13 years old when it was replaced during a kitchen remodel. It never required a service call. My 2nd Whirlpool was 19 years old when the front panel separated from the door, so it was difficult to turn the dial and the detergent cup wouldn't open. This dishwasher also never needed to be serviced. Both models provided outstanding results cleaning the dishes. When I replaced it, I didn't even consider another brand with the great history I had with Whirlpool. This model has been in use for less than 7 weeks and I think I've only had 2 or 3 loads with everyhing has coming clean. The sliding tines on the front of the bottom rack seemed like a great idea, but the right and left sides seem to "fight" with each other. If the dinner plates are racked next to each other, one side will try to slide to the other side. The result is if the top of one dinner plate touches the bottom of the next plate, it will not get clean. Additionally, a spoon that has been used for yogurt will come out with the yogurt baked on. I have to put the spoon in water for a couple of minutes and rewash it. I understand that the energy and water consumption standards were changed in January, and that all dishwashers would take longer to run, but I never expected this diswasher to require pre-washing. I used Cascade in the past, but switched to Finish since it was recomended by Whirlpool. I did see an improvement in brighening white coffee mugs, but not in anything else. I typically wash a load every other day, so it's not like the dishes are sitting for a week between washes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WDF730PAYB4 I had this dishwasher for about 3 weeks now. Washes really, really well. Very easy to load. The cutlery basket can fit in the door or on a side of the lower rack and opens completely if you want to, I find that convenient for removing the pieces. Drying only works with rinse aid, which is clearly marked on the one-page manual but I would have wanted to know before I bought it. According to a service technician, this dishwasher has three motors for different functions, another thing I would have wanted to know ahead of my purchase (more parts, more risk of problems?). So far the biggest issue is that it has 0 noise insulation. Although the mechanics is quiet, the noise from the water is very loud and bothers me and sometimes the dishes rattle loudly too.
