Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking quiet dishwasher Obviously this model isn't as easy on the eyes as the 1000 dollar Samsung models but it is very sleek and matches my other stainless appliances nicely. The dishes always come out clean, just not always dry. Unless I leave the door cracked before I leave for work, some of the glasses never completely dry. Maybe the heating element doesn't run long enough? My main concern with a dishwasher is the noise level. Our kitchen is adjacent to our family room so I don't want to have to listen to the dishwasher churn while watching TV. This dishwasher is pretty much silent, unlike the budget whirlpool I had in my last house. In any case, for the price I would definitely recommend this model

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dishwasher is quiet and does the job This dishwasher runs quietly and does a great job. I haven't found left over dirt in the forks or on plates when the dish load is finished. No dried milk rings either. (Note: I do rinse the dishes slightly before putting them in the dishwasher.) We're now using the dishwasher pods (power packs) and that seems to do a better job than the loose powder detergents. The lower rack must be pulled out all the way when loading dishes or it slides back into place, but we adjusted quickly to that. We have the black model and it looks great with our dark oak kitchen cabinets. The normal cycle takes more than an hour, but I plan to try the light cycle and see how that works.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean in the end! We were struggling to make the decision to replace our old dish washer after hearing multiple horror stories of how appliances aren't what they used to be. We replaced our old dishwasher with this Whirlpool and our dishes are clean again! It is louder than my friend's who spent 3 times as much but in the end my dishes are just as clean! I installed it myself! I do wish the bottom rack had a better design that didn't allow dishes to nest. I have to get creative on how I load the bottom rack and I feel like it fills up fast (less room than my last dish washer). It has two spinning, cleaning arms which get my dishes clean every time. I haven't had to rewash anything!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from fine, until it broke We had this unit for about two years. Cleaned fine, not great. Washes took forever unless using the 1 hour setting. Not too loud, but not silent. Good layout, except for spatulas everything fit. Then, out of nowhere, there is a river of water under our Pergo floors dripping down to the neighbor's condo below us. I saw there was a leak coming out of the elbow joint- fixed that and thought it was fine, but NO. Then I ran it a couple more times, and it was pouring out water from above the motor. IT'S ONLY 2 YEARS OLD! NOT COOL. Even cheap ones should last longer than 2 years. (paid almost $450 for this one.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Dishwasher Bought, and been using, this dishwasher for about a month, now, and I couldn't be happier with my selection. This dishwasher replaced a Frigidaire that work pretty good, but died prematurely. This Dishwasher works flawlessly, has a modest selection of good controls and options (everything you really need), is very quiet and super energy efficient, and gets dishes, glassware, and silverware sparkling clean. It's the best economically priced dishwasher on the market at this point in time. Make sure you do your shopping for this DW to get the best price. For best results, always use rinse aid. If you are replacing an old dishwasher, try installing it yourself. It's very easy to do. Just follow the easy to follow instructions that come with the DW.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice (but fairly loud) dishwasher This dishwasher performs great- no need to pre-rinse dishes, everything comes out nice and clean. The only exception is baked on residue on cookie sheets or sometimes burned on residue in a frying pan... both of which I am not sure one can reasonably expect a dishwasher to get completely clean anyway. The four-hour delay button is fantastic! Even pauses the countdown to let you add more dishes when you open the door. Just push the now-blinking button to start the countdown again when finished. My only issue is the noise level, which I would classify as loud enough to be annoying; especially if you have a living space open to the kitchen, and are trying to watch television, for example. But simply use the four-hour delay button in the evening after dinner, and the dishwasher runs at night when everyone is upstairs in bed, problem solved! Just be warned about the noise if you prefer daytime washing or have a very open floor plan around the kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is a must have for any home This machine works better then i do! Its a pleasure to load and easy to maintian. Even on its must jammed packed days it preforms radiantly and without complaint! ***************************************************************************** Only draw back is the little soap dispenser door that doesnt allow for one cyrstal to be along the edge to close the door. Its annoying to always have to touch the area to clear of the crystals. . . but i guess thats why they have the pockets now!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too small While this dishwasher looks great and does a good job cleaning our dishes, it is not deep enough in comparison to our previous dishwashers. It is so small that my baking tray will not fit into the bottom rack. I have been having to clean some of our larger items by hand, which I never had to do with our previous dishwasher. However, it was much cheaper than other dishwashers.
